I ordered two plasma lighters from American Family Survival and never received my order. They charged my card and never sent me the lighters I paid for. I sent countless emails and called American Family Survival they said they were backed logged and my order would be delayed. A few months after waiting and constant emails and phone calls for my order. The email and phone no longer exists. All I got was from them was email error messages and hang **** So disappointed.Initial Complaint

I orgered two lighters in May of 2021 that I never received. I found my email receipt and the phone number attached to my bank statement. When I called ******* said that they were way backed up on orders and that they would send my order within a week or two. This was about a year later. I have yet to receive anything. Now the phone number I called wont work or any other number I find associated with American Family Survival. I just want my money back. Please help me.It was for a gift for someone but now its too late. I dont have much as I am a single mother of one. I filed a complaint with BBB in February. You contacted american family survival and they said they would refund my money. I haven't received anything from them, I can't even contact them. This business is a rip off and somebody needs tho be held accountable.Initial Complaint

I was going over some bills and see $98 coming out from a company called Survivor Family. I called the number but its useless from ****************. ************. On May 12, 2021, I ordered a pair of tac vision binoculars from American Family Survival. The order number is 85A57F396C. With the life time warranty, I paid a total of $228.89 for the item. To this day (08-10-22), I still have not received my item. I have called the company several times inquiring about when I will receive my merchandise. Each time, they tell me that they are waiting for more stock. On May 26, 2022 I called the company and talked to a woman named ****** and requested a refund since it had been over one year since I had ordered. ****** stated that I would have my refund within a few days. Two months later I still had not received my refund. I realized that I no longer had the credit card that I charged the merchandise to and they would not be able to put my refund back on that card. Therefore, on July 29, 2022, I called American Family Survival again and once again I spoke with ****** and explained about the credit card that I charged the item to. She stated that they would have to give me my refund by paypal. I gave her my paypal address and she stated that I would have my refund in a few days. It is now August 10th and I still have not received my refund. Could you please help me get my refund for the item that I have never received.Initial Complaint

I don't believe I have any of the gmails remaining of the sales it's been more than six months I think I've contacted the company several times but they only day we expect shipment in two weeks each time. Last two gmails I got no response at all.I purchased a plasma lighter then a short whole later the offered a battery pack for it so I purchased that too still waiting on both items. I finally told them either send me a refund and or a catalog or a credit I'll consider something else if I like it as a replacement otherwise a refund. I made an order with American family Survival in September of 2021. I seen the charges of extras that I never approved and contacted them. First few times I was unable to get a hold of them. Finally was able to get a hold of a representative. I was able to cancel the charged product that I never approved and got a refund a few days later. I was told that my product was on ships in the harbor and as soon as they were able to be unloaded my order would be shipped. It is almost a year and I still have yet to recieve my lighter. I contacted them and was told an administrator would review my order and I would receive an email as well as a refund. I have yet to recieve an email which was 2 weeks ago and every time I attempt to contact them, it plays music as they are finding a representative and after 20 to 30 minutes waiting on hold the recording that the business is closed and call back during business hours when I call in the middle of when it states their business hours are. I know it's only 40$ but I hate being ripped off and putting my story out there to help others as I see the other issues people have had with this company. Please help!Initial Complaint

Made purchase online, ripped off, my money taken, no delivery made, subsequent communications drawn out by company, promising a later delivery, no delivery to date, now no way to communicate, company appears to now be non-existent.
