      In 2022 we purchased a 56-panel solar power system for our roof. We bought the system from Powur, a company that sells and installs solar panels around ************ and many other states. In 2025 our roof started leaking badly. A local roofing company came out and confirmed that the leaks were caused by faulty solar installation. We started contacting Powur on May 22, 2025 to activate our warranty and have the roof repaired. As of today's date, we have been contacting them constantly for nearly a month, and Powur still refuses to give us a call back or repair our roof. They provide online chat and support email, but they will not provide any phone numbers to talk to any real person at the company. They refuse to give us a phone number or email of anyone in management. Then their online chat can take hours, like they are just stalling to try and make you give up. My son is now sleeping on the couch because the ceiling is starting to cave in over his bed, and Powur will not honor their warranty after damaging our roof. I wish we had never gotten solar through Powur. They are taking millions of dollars from homeowners up front, and then refusing to honor their warranty once our homes have been damaged by their faulty solar installation. Please help us hold them accountable! Thanks.

      Great smooth installation and just over 2 years of ownership and not a single issue. I just reached out to their support to get a copy of my Installation Agreement and it was super easy through their live chat. I would do business with them again.

      I've had the system for about a year now. Really haven't had any issues at all. My bills are lower than my neighbors so that's great.

      Do not hire this company. We hired them to install a brand new roof and solar system. Turns out they hired the cheapest roof and solar contractor they could find. Then a year later we discover a leak in the home. They sent our company to access the cause of the leak, and now they will saying both contractors are blaming each other for the leak, and they are not sure how to proceed. All the while I have over six different leaks in my attic. The attic is now full of wood rot and mold. They have no customer service number to call. I use the chat email repeatedly, desperate to get someone to come make this right. I just want the leak fixed. Please do not hire Powur Solar, you will regret it.

      Have solar system installed on my home located in **************, have had issues for last few years. Last year inverter needed replacement and after a 6 month battle it was replaced finally.all working well but once again an inverter failure, now they want an upfront $250.00 fee to just go out and diagnose the issue even though it's fully covered under a 25 year warranty .system was installed in2020 . Titan Solar was original installer whom which went bankrupt . My salesman has been back and forth with powur and solar edge but just a constant runaround. Soon I will be seeking legal action due to failure to uphold warranty if not resolved. They sure haven't stopped taking my payments every month and this is only one of two solar systems I have on my property in **************

      It kind of took a lot longer than I expected, but that was not their fault or mine anyway they did a great job when they came ******* in the middle of a snowstorm right now and my batteries are fully charged ready to go.! The system alert me two days ago there was a storm coming and my batteries needed to be fully charged. I think it was called storm mode anywayIm OK right now thanks guys.
