      Excellent company, great customer service, top of the line solar panels for a competitive price! There are a lot of choices when it comes to going solar. Do your research but Powur stands out as one of the best!

      Powur was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. It is an American made product. we were informed of all parts of the process and encountered no problems. There is a thorough and efficient follow-up program to monitor the system. It has a 40 year warranty along with one year payment of loan. ************************* was wonderful to work with. Strongly recommend this company for your solar needs.

      I hate this company!!!! The customer service *****. Never can get a hold of a rep. all they do is email you to tell you the panels are working right. That's all. Supper horrible company. Plus I am being double billed. I paid for 125 percent of what I needed and instead I am paying 2 bills. My panel bill and also my electricity bill because I'm not getting enough from my panels. This company sucks! total trash. Now I'm stuck with this huge debt that no one can resolve!!!!

      Me instalaron paneles solares en mi residencia, indicando mi factura de la luz ***** ms econmica * ha sido todo lo contrario. Esto* pagando lo mismo q pagaba antes de mis paneles solares ms el prestamondenlos paneles. O**a mi factura de luz ** duplicate. Luego de me**s de realizar quejas sin respuesta la compaa nos informo que nuestra vendedora no hizo las averiguaciones necesarias con nuestra compaa de luz * la manera en la q ellos manejan los paneles solares. O**a ahora tengo una factura adicional por algo que no funciona para mi compaa de luz * nadie ** quiere hacer responsable. Ellos nos garatizaron algo que jamas **r cumplido. Anuncios enganazos * vengas fraudulentas es lo que abundan en esta compaa.

      SAVINGS were NOT TRUE, End up paying DOBLE : I decided to get powur solar service because they offered a savings, and a couple of issues happened:1.they did not explained that the electricity produced i need a electric company that has a BUYBACK program, not many offer them , and those who do, have many restrictions, so what is the purpose of producing solar energy, that you cannot use completely . 2.I was paying about $250 usd per month in peak months, and not i am paying still $250 usd of electricity , plus about $220 usd of solar , and this will go up after 18 months to around $270usd, i did get a new roof, so even deducting that from the ****, i ended up paying a lot more , so NO SAVINGS at all and its not a 1 month deal, that i can just cancel , i have to deal with it for 25 years , very bad decision

      thanks for your response, but apparently the issue happening is not well understood, the production that says the *** is not entering my house, i have ********** and they reported about a third of what the app says, i assume that its because installation is not correct, maybe inversor is not well configured, but my consumption of kWh, is almost the same as last year, i compared 5 months , which does not make sense, since i supposedly have now solar production

      if you tell me that installation is well configured and working properly, then matters are worst, because then the supposedly SAVING is a MYTH, i can show you receipts of what i was paying last year comparing same month to same month, for 5 months in a row, and i do not have any savings, even with the suggested BUY BACK electric company and plan suggested by the sales representative , if i had not installed solar, i would be paying much less than now i am paying , i have still hope that installation was not correctly done, so i do start seeing the PROMISED SAVINGS, otherwise, i was mislead on what was offered

      appreciate the call, but its been many days and still no solution, and i just got my new bill which is $225.98 usd for ***** kWh and only got a $85 usd credit for solar with the buy back *********** company your sales man suggested, if i did not had solar, and just had a regular electricity , there are companies that charge me ****c, so i would be paying $201 usd of 100% renewable source, please explain me the benefits of having solar? where are the promised savings ? it seems clearly like i was mislead

      just to clarify my past comment, in addition to paying more for having solar, on top of that i have to pay for the solar system, so i end up paying around twice as i would have payed with no solar! if i did not had solar , my bill in august would have been around $201 usd, and now i payed $225.98 usd, and in addition i pay $217 usd and after 18 months will go up to $271 . I was promised SAVINGS, where are those? its all the opposite

      I am very pleased with the service i have been getting from ***** from powur , he offered me to add 8 more panels with no cost, to compensate this issue, and they have already installed that on the start of january , so i am hopping that on february i will see finally the awaited savings! but it speaks good from the company to have done what they have done!

      One of the reasons i got POWUR, instead of other options, was the warranty they offer, the 30th of may, my solar system stopped working, i reported this to POWUR, and they said the inverter stopped working, and had to replace it and situation would be solved between 14 and 30 days, today is 8 of july, about 40 days from when issue happened, and the company assigned to replace inverter, said to me yesterday, after all this time, that they do not know when they can come, and cannot commit to any time frame, and my bill of **** was almost $600 usd just of electricity, this is not correct, this way of responding to a warranty, is not ok

      Please guys before doing business with this shady company try and call the customer service number first. If you decide to IGNORE this warning that's fine because you will be on phone for days to get a hold of someone and even if you do, your problem will never be solved. They contract every single installation to at least about 2 other solar installation companies. Be aware!it's been 2 weeks since I got solar installed in my home by some subcontractors this company hired and they damaged my home AC.Best advice - Please make sure that your solar company has a local office in your city guys!!!!

      I recently installed solar through Powur on my home. My representative was knowledgeable and very responsive. From start to finish he and their installation teams were prompt, courteous, helpful and very professional. I have already referred them to friends who I think could benefit from the use of solar. And I highly recommend them.

      Terrible company to do business with! We signed in March and we got solar panels installed in June but we are not able to utilize them and are not on solar power in August 2022

      This company really deserves no stars , I am a partner in a Euro based *********** install business.From our experiences as a homeowner in the ** and GC, this business is a basket case from technical presentation to actually getting the project done in anything like a timely manner.Their technical presentation to the utility company smacks of total incompetence, & lack of training and professional presentation My sincere advice is to avoid this company like the plague and Powur a sincere question if you read these feedback comments ?Is this this the best you can do ?
