  Acabo de Instalar mi segundo sistema solar con Powur en la nueva propiedad que tengo, en la anterior instale con Tesla pero decid hacerlo esta vez con Powur, su transparencia en los procesos, mejores garantas, ms ******* en los equipos tanto paneles y microinversores y los costos del sistema en general al igual que las alternativas de financiamiento e incentivos son muy superiores Muy agradecido del consultor (******* ******) tambin por su atenciones y profesionalismo

  A consultant *** from powur came to my house, professionally reviewed our case, and showed a proposal that meets our needs in our house. I cannot thank you enough for our current new payment plan and control of our electric bill. In case you need the *** was named ******* from *******. -Thanks!

  So far so good but still waiting for the final inspection from the state. Hopefully it will be done soon so we can finally turn on our system. Our sales man is good to include the Powur personnel.

  Powur followed up throughout the process from initial scoping until the system was up and running. The company delivered our custom system and the upgraded energy levels as we had agreed upon. Our independent representative was very knowledgeable, totally professional and kept us informed from beginning to end. We've had zero problems and are 100% happy. Five ************ for sure!

  Powur, and their so-called sales representative ***** ******** in ******, are predatory and misguiding. The contract I signed in 2022 said my initial payment on my loan would not change if I made voluntary prepayments equal to 26% of the loan before the end of 18 months. ********, while selling me on the panels, told me I could receive a federal tax credit that would cover the 26% of the loan. He made it sound like it was a guarantee but it is in fact not. I reached out to him in the first two months after the panels were installed to ask how I could apply for the tax credit, only to find he had changed his phone number. After a month he showed up at my house with cash as payment for the fees to switch my power providers. After that he basically wiped his hands clean of my situation and told me to reach out to Powur or the financier. I'm now deep in debt with a loan of nearly ****** dollars and have no way to reduce or renegotiate the loan.The sales hook here was that I would save money on my energy bill, which I do, but at what cost? A very steep one.I feel hopeless and don't know who to turn to. I'm considering selling my house and cutting my losses but it breaks my heart.Shame on ***** ******** and shame on Powur for not making their business practices clear and for putting their customers in a hole they can't climb out of.
