      The initial rep lives down the block from me, and he was very thorough and very careful to make sure I was not promised anything that could not be delivered. It is true that the installation took a few months, but that was mostly due to our city not having adequate staff to handle the number of solar systems being installed, and permits took longer than anticipated. But once approvals were signed off on, the install happened quickly and efficiently. There were a few miscommunications that occurred, and I was offered compensation for the problem, which was more quite generous under the circumstances. For the most part, considering Powur does not do the actual install, and they work with contractors to put it all together, their project management was very good. We all have had contractor nightmares, and Powur worked very diligently to keep them at a minimum.

      Worst customer service of a company I have ever dealt with. My system was installed by ************* and 2 days later I found out the net meter was dead. To get it fixed Powur needed to email ************* to request the replacement. I reached out to Powur almost every day for 6 weeks and they can't send a simple email. I have to be on hold several hours to get a rep. **** never call back ever. Customer service is ****.I had to contact the installer who is a third party to get the request done. He did it in 10 mins 5 months later the panels somehow moves probably due to wind. I reach out to Powur and to this day no call back. That was 4 weeks ago. Called the installer and he fix it the next day. So what happens to the people who do not know the installer? Biggest regret of my life getting solar from this company. I am not sure if they would even honor the warranty in the future. **** can't fix the small things. What is gonna happen if an inverter needs to be replaced under warranty? **** probably will wait till it expires and say sorry you missed it.I set up my LLC and all to sell for this company too. Went thru training and was gonna start selling.Glad my issues happened before I started selling. I may have no face to show to my customers with the kind of service powur provided. ************************* hope you see this as your so proud of your BBB rating.

      Hello *****, Thank you for taking time out of your day to bring this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our team. We set a high standard for ourselves and consistently seek to provide each of our customers with a best-in-class experience. Powur has been growing, and as a result, we have recently ramped up our hiring and worked intensively to meet our installation and post-install demand. These efforts include investing in customer contact platform solutions and personnel and have significantly improved cycle times and our service levels. We are sorry that you didn't have an experience that meets our standards; we're committed to ensuring our recent efforts provide all of our customers have an experience we can all be happy with. In looking at your specific installation, when we were contacted on March 15th, site monitoring showed that your system was producing and reporting fully with no errors. You had received Permission to Operate (PTO) less than 30 days prior, making it unlikely that you would be able to see any credit until the next billing period. This is why we did not think it was necessary to contact your Utility for a Net Meter replacement. However, we did request a new gateway that day since an issue with your cell connection was mentioned. On April 14th, we again checked your monitoring site, noting that your system was still producing with no errors. On April 21st, we stressed the gateway was scheduled to arrive on April 25th, and we prompted the installer to schedule a site visit. We reached out to them again on April 27th. On May 17th, we contacted you about the gateway shipped to you because the installer indicated an unknown location. The shipped box was found during a May 18th call when we informed the installer, who then scheduled the work.You mentioned reaching out to us to report your panels moving because of the wind, but we have yet to respond. I could trace back to when you said this issue to us. When you reported, we were going through a system update with our means of contact between our valued customers and us. We just wanted to let you know that my mention of this system update does not make any excuse for your experience but only to let you know about it. We take full accountability and would like to sincerely apologize for our mishap to investigate further and solve the issue ourselves. Thank you for taking time out of your day to bring this to our attention. We always seek to provide our customers with the best-in-class experience, and we apologize for not presenting that experience to you.       It's been 9 months since I signed my contract with Powur, and as of today, I STILL DO NOT have any information on when my system will be installed. They have sub-contracted out the installation to an incompetent electrical company, that could not produce a proper permit request, or an adequate design for approval.Delay after delay after delay. I should have done my research and chosen another company for my solar needs. This is a huge investment, and I would not choose Powur or recommend them to anyone.

      I had great service from the moment I asked for information. All my questions were answered and i scheduled right away. My rep was there every step of the way and was quick with answers as questions came up. The design team was fast in getting the plans together and approved quickly as well. And after all the work was complete, my rep continued to check in and make sure everything was going satisfactory. i was able to cut my bill in more than half! I cannot recommend Powur enough if you are getting solar

      Ive been dealing with this irresponsible company for the last six months and I dont even have a clue when this will be done. Starting with ************************************* their representative in charge for the interconnection application. I initially signed the documents on June 7 and I receive the same documents incorrectly 4 times. And recently finally submitted to Eversorce at the end of August. The sales rep ******* trying to defend the company and repeating the bootleg excuses told by his supervisor ************************ and the project manager ******. I personally called the town in ******* to find out why the permit took so long and the respond from **** (the building inspector) was we request the financial documents and the design at the beginning of June and ***** upload something and ****** something else but nobody responds with actual and ONLY requirement until the end of July what kind of company has people sitting behind a computer without looking at their email for two months but getting paid? Trying to get in contact with ********* now shes on vacation for a week and nobody else can do what she does not even her supervisor. ive been calling myself Eversorce to find out the status of the interconnection application submitted laid also at the end of August. The sales rep told me multiple times that I was supposed to receive a call from his supervisor ***** or ****** and I never receive a call, besides provide me the contact number for the customer service I left a voicemail with no callback over five days keep waiting and not even Im able to get a hold the project manager ****** or even worse have access to my own profile between Eversorce and powur. Is really simple if you cant do the job dont offer the service. Totally disappointed To the point that I dont even want to completed. This has been a nightmare. The only quick action was my credit inquiry and preapproval besides that nothing else. SmH

      The process was def not fast but all thorugh out from securing financing to final installation there was excellent communicaiton throughout. pricing was established WAAAYYY upfront and has not changed even up to this day. I just contacted my utilities and verified that we do not owe any money currently and it seems to be working great. Powur (even with all its problems) was a great experience!!

      **************** is very lacking and at the bottom of their list once they sell the system. One of my inverters quit working a month after install and as of this review (over a month after the inverter has failed) I'm still waiting on a replacement...this means I get to pay two electric bills (one to the electric company and one for the solar system that half works) They also do NOT hire the "best contractors" to do the work. The roof guy didn't even do the work he stated in his own contract and the solar install company they hired was equivalent to a handy man off *********** The whole install looks terrible. The idea of solar is great, but this company cannot deliver on their promises.In my defense I read the reviews here, but that was last 2021, since then, it is clear a lot of other people are not happy with their product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
