      The store in *** on ******* off ****. Needs better management and staff. The Hispanic manager allows the Hispanic customers to steal. Even the loss prevention guy turns a blind eye to the Hispanic thieves. Meanwhile they harass other races. I couldnt even get a bag for my items that I bought. It took every thing in me not to flip out because of the disrespect from the daytime manager.

      Horrible customer service made a complaint about 2 employees who had a very bad attitude. One of my shirts did not have a price and the lady just made up a price. I asked her to go and check. She said no you go check I said its in the **** rack she said well then go find it. So I did the price they told me was **** for a shirt that cost 799. I did make a complaint to the manager and she did not Want to resolve the issue made other employees deal with the problem so unprofessional to be ripping off people because they dont want to look for the tag. I need to speak to someone

      Around 4:30 today at **** I was harassed by a female telling me what i buy has to impress men by being better than their mothers for them to feel safe or they will f*** swedish candy on me with black women that eat it to say their crotch is better than yours and do their womens a** to my boyfriend and his money in hispanic a** talk over money. They Also said to use my mothers aging on my shoes unless I smoke to ****** paying dicks to help improve their farts while getting accustomed to white people through shopping

      I went into **** this morning, it's black Friday and they have one cashier with 8 people on line. The store manager just stood there watching this poor woman kill herself working, I was so disgusted I just left my items and left the store. And they wonder why no one wants to work in retail

      Worked with this employer and was a consumer at one point. BIG MISTAKE After beginning to work for the company immediately saw there were slot of disorganization and holes in their process and procedures. However the last straw was working and NEVER receiving pay contacted Manager **** who was very useless barely in the office then escalated to Legal team helper *************************** who became offended with me not remembering her name. A joke company and a joke of staff and Im 100% sure if any of these named employees had not been compensated for their labor they would be exhausted and highly upset as well

      **** have a bad customer service and manager they so rude disrespect a customer so they try to hide all information so customer can not file any complain about them .

      **** is a rude mess. A crash error system will lie that customers have already returned item(s). They lie that I paid with foreign money. Rig where customers are cornered into store credits. Almost all their employees are horrible, Hispanic undocumented, and not a word of English. They rotate job positions among themselves: floor person to cashier, cashier to loss prevention, and loss prevention to managerial.

      My wife went in the store and did some shopping then got in line. There was a guy and a girl in front of her. The lady in front of her went got out of line to get something else but didn't mention to my wife that she was coming right back. When the lady returned, she got back in line behind my wife. The cashier who really wasn't paying attention to what happened asked my wife if she jumped in front of the lady behind her. "What!, my wife said." The lady then told my wife that she did and my wife told her she is sorry by my wife said she is educated enough to know not to do something like that. Not satisfied, the cashier asked the security guard if my wife jumped in front of the lady behind her. Now my wife was steaming. She asked the girl behind her, sorry ma'am, but did this lady jump in front of you? The lady politely said no she did not. I highly recommend a complete retraining of the cashiers at the **** Store at Parkville. If this had been me, I would have gone to the manager immediately. I REALLY wish I had been there!

      I was in the **** store in *******. I walked in for the third or fourth consecutive day and and ****** the loss prevention rep was at the door and I saw a familiar face and nodded to him. He ignored me but stared right at me. He proceeded to pleasantly greet the woman and then the women behind her. What the heck??? I dont get to have the greeting and the respect as the other customers? Im so sick and tired of being treated like a criminal and a second class citizen. Im in here almost everyday before or after my shift. I just spent another $125 and I am getting beyond annoyed with the selective customer service.
