    I purchased a unit from west coast heating last year and within 3 months the unit started making a running water noise. West. Coast has come out to fix it 5 times and its still not fix. As of today they said they need to order a part and have no idea how long it going to take. I have asked to speak to the manager and hes never available. I am thinking about taking legal action.

    We bought our solar and HVAC through **** at West Coast, and ****** and his team did the full solar install ******************** They have been amazing to work with - high quality, quick and painless. Pricing was also the best amongst all the other quotes I got. Even when we had one panel acting weird, ****** immediately came out after getting a replacement part and took care of the issue.I would highly recommend them for anything Solar/HVAC. They also come do free checkups on our HVAC which is great!

    ***** and his awesome team installed a new hybrid water heater today. Very knowledgeable and professional! Got the job done within the time frame they communicated to me, cleaned everything up and gave me a concise tutorial on the water heater configuration and iPhone app. The is the second time we have used West Coast (they also installed our new AC And furnace system) and we cannot say enough good things about their products and workmanship! A big thank you to ***** and his team for another great experience!

    Love these guys! I have had them do Furnace, Heat Pump/A.C., Solar and covert gas water heater to electric heat pump water heater... Always great service!
