      We recently moved into a new home and were referred to Semper Solaris by my father-in-law and brother-in-law who both had great experiences with them.Upon reaching out on a Friday, **** quickly texted back, and made himself available within the next fifteen minutes to hop on the phone and talk about adding solar to the roof. After answering all of my questions, **** further made himself available to come by the house the next day, despite it being a Saturday.On Saturday, **** came by the house and sat with my wife and me for about an hour and explained all of our options and his recommendations, as well as the reasoning and the pros and considerations for each of them.Before leaving, **** put together and sent me quotes for each of the options discussed and offered to reconnect to answer any questions that we might have. For both options, **** recommended what made sense for our circumstances (for both today and looking at the horizon), instead of trying to sell more than we wanted or needed.Later that ***, **** sent a nice follow-up thank you text message and offered again to answer any questions. I had a few and asked if I could call him with them, and didn't even have to, as he quickly called me instead. During that call, **** was able to answer all of my questions, and promised to quickly turn around updated quotes. Shortly after, updated versions of both quotes were in my inbox ready for our final review and signature. We signed later that night and are super excited for our system to be scheduled and installed.Thanks again to **** for being so great to work with!

      We asked for a quote for new gutters and covers. We were scheduled within 48 hours of the request. We were pleasantly surprised with the entire process. Exactly on time **** ***** who turned out to be a manager at Semper came to our door. He was very professional, handled all of our questions and concerns regarding our wants. He also offered other alternatives to consider. We did not feel rushed when he was here, he took time to listen to our needs and concerns as they came up,. He promised our quotes by that evening and they appeared in our email as stated. We were very pleased with the entire process and believe **** to be an asset to the company. We also have had Solar Panels and roofing done in 2017, and most recently added a Tesla 3 power wall in March 2025. We respect and value the work ethics of Semper and will continue to use them as needed for all products.

      **** ******** at Semper Solaris was amazing and his customer service exceeded our expectations. He guided us toward a solar/battery back up decision that best suited our needs and we are extremely happy with the service from start to finish.

      It all started with the sales representative, ***** *******, not only showing up on time; but showing up to listen first and not trying to full court press me from jump.I was looking to add a battery system to my existing solar system. ***** narrowed down the exact needs of our house and he came up with the best game plan. We went over all the details of my electric bill and came up with a perfect set up. Semper was on top of keeping me updated with every next step...from the financing, to the install schedule.Just had the battery installed the other day. Even the installers were just as professional and ready to work as the sales rep. ***** like this is a common denominator for this company. I've kept all their information in my contacts so I can refer them to anybody who's interested.

      Sempre Solaris has completed two home improvement projects for me, and in both cases **** ******** was my initial contact and sales-person. The first project involved the installation of solar panels and the second the repair and re-papering of the roof, including the removal and re-installation of the solar panels. I am highly satisfied with the work performed in both cases. It was done in a timely manner with little intrusion. **** is very easy to talk to for several reasons. First, he is knowledgeable and knows his business. He comes prepared with any material needed to explain what is going to happen during the project. Next, he answers all questions throughly and in a simple and understandable manner making it easy to understand how Sempre Solaris will accomplish something that is a concern of the home owner. Finally, he doesnt pressure you to make a deal. He makes sure you understand whats involved and the cost of the project to you, but he doesnt use any hard-core sales tactics. Not once is any of the information he provided to me inacurate or questionable. The work was done the way he said it would be done its as simple as that.

      Semper Solaris employee ********* came to my home to give me information on a Whole house fan. She was prepared with a wealth of information. She was professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was deciding between Semper Solaris and another company. ********* was able to look up information on both companies. It was an easy decision to purchase from Semper Solaris because ********* knows her products. I'm thrilled with the Whole House fan. Quiet and super efficient. **** and ***** came out a few days later and installed the unit. They were efficient, professional, explained how everything works. They cleaned up when they were finished. I give 10 stars to all 3 employees. They represent the company like it was theirs. Kudos to all 3!! Great job!!

      Love that this company is veteran own, part of the reason why we chose them being a former vet! We had Semper install our roof and solar. They were not our cheapest quote, but I feel we got a very fair price. The sales rep Genevieve was very nice and informative and always answered our questions if we had any. I’ve already recommend Semper to my neighbors!
