      We had Semper Solaris install our solar system and **** ***** was the person who handled the install process. We were very happy with **** and Semper, so we decided to have them install storage batteries a few years later, and **** ***** again handled the process. He was very responsive to our questions and very patient with our concerns and in our case some last minute changes. We highly Mark and Semper.

      I am very pleased with Semper Solaris. Our initial consultant ********* was with us every step of the way. She always answered questions and gave great suggestions. The installers were quick, efficient and quite friendly. They attacked the project with coordinated military precision and finished in 3 days. ******* was the communicator and updated us on the status of the work, deposits, and SDG&E interface. Dallas dispatched an electrician to fix a small post-installation glitch with NEXT DAY SERVICE! ******, the electrician, then fixed the problem immediately. I could not be happier with the whole experience with Semper Solaris.

      *****************. Goes above and beyond if and when problems arise. They went to bat with the **************** when the Electric made a mistake and got it corrected as far as the *** plan i was on. It was a hard battle but *. ***** and her team didn't stop until they got it resolved. They know the meaning of customer service and treat customers as if they matter. I could sing ********************'s praises all day , now that the problem is corrected. It would have been a financial drain on me if they hadn't gotten the issue fixed. The story is too long to write all the details but suffice to say you want Semper Solaris on your side IF you have problems. They don't control the **************** so problems can come up out of their control but they get it fixed and don't make excuses. I can't recommend Semper enough. I've used them twice now. If I had the money I use them a third time for a battery wall so I had even less to do with the ****************. If you are thinking about solar include them in the estimates you get and I say you get what you pay for. There are cheaper companies out there but you don't get the kind of service I got with very many of them, and that's worth something these days!

      Semper Solaris is the worse Contractor that I've ever been involve with and I have dealt with many in upgrading my home here in *************, **********. Semper Solaris had a rating of "A+" and been in business for 12 years and accredited since 1/16/2013. Semper Solaris Salesman ***** ***********, came to my home and we specified what we wanted to go completely electric on appliances and purchase an electric vehicle with an EV Connection outlet in the garage and I was concern about broken roof tiles. ***** assured that all of my concerns would be addressed. So on 5/16/2024 Semper Solaris **************** *********** came to my home, his second visit and we agreed on all of the above mentioned points and I wrote him a check for $1,000 to start the solar work. I was told by Ehsan that the solar system would be in place in three months at the most, which DID NOT HAPPENED. The final inspection wasn't until early 2025, almost 10 months of delays and no support. A constant stream of different Semper personnel being assigned to the project with no result or clarity as who was in charge. I called on another **************** for an estimate to install a EV Connection in my Garage, since Semper renegade on our agreement and found out that Semper DID NOT UPGRADE MY ELECTRIC PANEL from 100 to 200 current. I notified the company of this SCAM which the update change caused more delay. Then our Caregiver told me that one of Semper Sub- Contractor came into my house and was going through her purse in the kitchen, which she caught him and have written a complaint. I have also informed Semper of this incident but they have done absolutely nothing. I will be filing a Solar Complaint Form with the **************** ************* and include my Caregiver complaint and also BBB's 20 negative reviews that are similar to mine. It appears that most of the infractions happened the same time period as mine.

      We needed a new roof and who showed up to my door! "SS" I am very disappointed of the craftsmanship of the work performed. I spent a lot of money on this roof. They sent the * team out to my house. There was nails through my roof. *id not remove the gutters. The edge trim was cut to fit around the gutters. This is not what I expecting from such a reliable company. Minimal patch work done on the wood. They even covered my roof vent with the solar panels. There was no teamwork between the roofers and the solar guys. I feel I overpaid for my roof. They promised me I would be getting the best roof in town! That didn't happen.

      We had the roof on our home lifted and re-laid tiles. David K was our initial contact after a neighbor had the same work done. David was very thorough and professional. The work was scheduled earlier than anticipated and the entire crew worked well. We are very happy with the work done.

      Excellent **************** and Products!We wanted to add a solar battery to our current system and knew that Semper Solaris was our go to! We were connected with **** ***** and it was easy and quick! We encountered some challenges (on our end) and **** was incredibly patient with us and communicated all along the way! He has been outstanding to work with! I highly recommend Semper Solaris and especially **** *****.

      Just had our house re-roofed, attic insulated and had solar panels with a battery back-up installed by Semper Solaris. Our experience was very comfortable and the Semper Solaris team was extremely professional, yet very friendly. Our sales rep/project lead Mark Ivory was knowledgeable of our options, listened to our needs and questions, and was confident in Semper Solaris' ability meet our expectations, with no heavy sales pressure. And Mark was very responsive to our emails and calls during the work. Our onsite re-roof foreman Christian Jimenez was outstanding in availability and communication and the work his crew did was quick, professional and conscientious regarding organization, execution and clean up. Our solar and battery installation crew was led by Mike Hoevker; they were prompt, swift and very efficient. And the coordination by Semper Solaris of building permits and SDG&E approvals went very smooth and timely. We were VERY happy with Semper Solaris !!!

      Great service and it didnt take long. There were some communication errors but nothing, unfortunately, out of the ordinary.
