      When I purchased the meaningful beauty it was based on a promotion watched on TV. Now cancelled but I was sent another package and am now required to pay ****** $ in 3 payments. I ONLY wanted the promotion. I did sign up for more. No where was I told that they automatically signed me up for future products and payments. Why was this not explained to me. This feels like fraud and dishonest. I am extremely disappointed and want reimbursement. Dont want anyone else to experience this. But I do see on this site that this has happpened to many many customers.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. They changed their database and you cant access your account. Tried to call, it hangs up on me. I did the chat thing, ugh! They kept hanging up on me. Then they would repeat directions again and again. Still nothing. I finally said I would like to cancel (I wasnt that impressed with product, maybe I needed to give it longer) especially with customer service this bad and not being able to access my account its more headache than I want. There are other companies much easier to deal with. The third ***** finally said she canceled my account. Good right? No. You cant cancel without paying for 3 months $64.95 + 6.95 s/h each month. Not easy. Not risk-free. Not helpful. Whether I liked the product or not, I will not deal with a company than is unreachable in any manner. Just long enough they can charge you, for three months.

      I would give a negative rating if I could...CUSTOMER BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It's very hard to cancel your subscription with this company and their customer service is horrible and agents are very rude and disrespectful. I decided to try their products after seeing a tv advertisement. However, shortly after received the tv promo special, I got laid off from work. I contacted the company about canceling my subscription because I could no longer afford to spend money on "extras". First, I spent approximately 15 minutes with the agent trying to 'up sell' me products, offering to pause my subscription, offering additional discounts, etc. I kept saying "no, I just want to cancel", but she would not listen. I finally had to raise my voice and explain that she was making an already tough situation (losing my job) worse for me by not listening to me and doing what I asked. When I was finally able to get my subscription canceled, I received an email sating my account had been updated. When I logged in, it showed that my account was active and a shipment of products was scheduled to go out in 3 weeks. I reached out to the company again, only for them to tell me that "yes, my subscription was canceled". When I told them about the email I received, they just disconnected the chat without warning. I tried getting back through on the chat to finish the conversation and I was blocked. No one would pick up when I tried calling the customer service phone number. I am going to cancel the credit card that I used, so the company is unable to charge me in the future, since I was unable to get anything resolved. It doesn't matter how good their products may be, (and personally I don't think they are worth the money), I would not do business with them as they only care about taking your money and nothing else.

      I ordered the 6 piece products. After 2 days of use, my eyes swelled closed. My face broke out. I had to go to the ** and get shots. Horrible horrible experience. When I called to complain I was told my "subscription" would be canceled. I didn't even sigh up for a subscription! Scam! My eyes are still swollen and red 3 days later. Since I had to select a star rating I gave it a one but it doesn't even deserve that. ***** might want to reconsider hocking these products.

      -reduction ok but the subscriptions are what they s**** you on. They just start sending you all kinds of stuff and charge you shipping and handling. Trying to cancel the subscriptions are a nightmare and the customer service is terrible. Told me to check the small print next time

      Three times I have ordered the meaningful beauty . 1st time never got the orange serum or the kit . 2nd time again the orange bottle was taken out . The kit was very very small and deceiving. Third time again the orange serum not in kit rest of kit came . Maybe the company should look into the postal thing and see why these product this product is getting taken out of the kit. I dont know, but this is three times now Ive paid. Ive tried to get a hold of somebody there. Nobody ever answers you they take you through. Go here go there, complain here complain there as I just Im very very upset because now Ive spent a lot of money trying to get a kit and I dont wanna travel kit. I paid for the larger kit and I spent a lot of money doing it and Im very very upset about this. I think its a rip off. I dont know whats going on, but they should look into how this thing has been sent to you because every single time the oranges one gets taken out of my Kit

      I was unaware that a one time order put me in a subscription. They charged me $91.10 without authorization. I called and they informed me I was in a subscription and they would cancel that and refund my money. I have a cancellation email from them however not only did they not refund my money, they charged me again. I am having to file a claim with my ****** account to try get a resolution and keep them out of my account. Once this is resolved I will NEVER order from them again. I do not recommend ordering from them!!!

      This has been the worst experience as a brand new customer. I placed an order on April 17, 2025 for products that were to arrive April 22, 2025, which based on tracking was still processing. The following day the tracking indicated it was delivered April 23, 2025 around 4pm, it didnt and I placed a call to the company on April 24, 2025. Of course there is a language barrier and I was told a replacement would be sent. As of today nothing has been shipped and after speaking with two supervisors from outside the ***, still nothing. I went on ** and sent a message and was promised a phone call and nothing. They have my money and I have no product. This has been the worst customer service experience Ive received and I will never place another order from them. This was suppose to be a birthday gift and Im dealing with non English speaking representatives who take no accountability, are rude, and give the run around. Now I have to contact the BBB and my bank because this company refuses to simply make things right!!!!

      Our records reflect your call on April 24th and that a replacement for your initial Meaningful Beauty order was created as you were told.  Shipment of the replacement order was delayed due to an inventory shortage at the time.  When you spoke with a supervisor on April 30th the delay was explained.  As a goodwill gesture, a refund for your initial order was issued then and as an exception, the complementary replacement order was left to be fulfilled when items were available. The replacement order was shipped May 7th.
      We apologize if you were treated less than professionally by any member of our staff. Rest assured, your customer service experience has been reviewed and will be used to improve our service going forward.

      Charged 3 times for 2 packages,and 2 different **** gave me 2 different reasons why. I was finally able to get the charges stopped through my bank.

      We regret any confusion regarding the billing for the two shipments you received.   Your initial order was for a promotional 30-day Meaningful Beauty introductory kit which was billed in full when it was shipped.  Your 2nd shipment was a 90-day replenishment kit with the total cost billed in 3 monthly installments instead of being charged in full.  Only the first payment is charged at shipping and the remaining two over a 31-day billing cycle.  That way the monthly payments are approximately the cost of your initial 30-day purchase unless the contents of the replenishment kit are customized. When you canceled your subscription, as a goodwill gesture the 3rd installment scheduled for May was waived.

      Rest assured your Meaningful Beauty account remains closed with nothing further to be shipped or billed.

      What does the Better Business Bureau do for us?? This company keeps ripping me off. I cancelled twice and money keeps being taken out of my account! I need my funds back now. What can be done about this????Do not buy from this company unless you plan on paying for it for the rest of your life!Horrible experience. Love products Hate customer service!

      Our records reflect that your subscription was cancelled when your first called on 3/23 but your full-size 90-day replenishment kit had already proceeded for shipment and was sent.  The cost of the replenishment kits is billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles. Information about the payments and return policy was provided when you cancelled as well as when you contacted us via chat and social media after the cancellation.  Please understand, while cancelling a subscription stops any future shipments it does not cancel any remaining balance/ scheduled payments for orders that have been shipped; they will continue to bill until paid in full or return within the 60-day Money Back Guarantee for credit.   Although you March shipment had not yet been returned as an exception to our advertised policies a refund was issued 4/25 prior to the receipt of your return.

      Your Meaningful Beauty account remains closed with no future shipments or billing scheduled.
