I ordered this trial system to try it. I seen no different and sent an email to cancel any more products. I received the full product and sent it back in the mail. The company has continued to claim to send me products that I have not received. Thank God for Capital One credit card. I disputed it and Capitol One took Care of it for me. Then the company Meaningful beauty began contacting me to want me to pay for products I canceled and never received. Now I'm receiving letters starting they are try to send me more products.. we called the company explained the situation and they are trying to collect money for a product we don't have. So the employee was wanting to send us another package and we pay 1/3 or so of that. So to me this company is desperate for money we offered to pay almost 1/2 but after all this discussion. Employee still was trying to get us to pay. We told her to send it to the whom ever. We were not paying any of it because she wouldn't except it. Supposedly she was manager and told us she had no control of handling this in any other way. I have been a manager and I know personally a manager can do anything to make a customer happy. I work for a specialty doctors office and I have written bills off with no problems it has been few but it has happened. I want good reviews for our company that's more important because that brings in money. With this review and by word of mouth I have nothing good to say about the company and mainly how this was handled. We asked why they reimbursed Capital One if they are so much in the right? Because they had too. Well I'll tell you why because they know they are in the wrong and we are in the right and Capital One has lawyers and they can't fight them. So now the company is coming after us. What a sad company. Then she told to me to go to the post office to see if and when they picked it up. So to me she called me a liar. That was when I said I'm done . I'm going to go enjoy my life. You do what you need to do byMeaningful Beauty

Our records reflect that you enrolled online for 2 memberships with automatic shipments of Meaningful Beauty�® on 3/19/22. Your initial order included a 7-piece 30-day entry kit, and a 5-piece 30-day entry kit: each of these entry kits including agreement to receive automatic replenishment shipments. Both were shipped and billed in full to the provided card on 3/21.
With no request to cancel received, your first 2 full-sized replenishment shipments were sent as scheduled on 4/21. Each shipment was a 90-day supply, with the total cost to be billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles; these installments were charged to the card on file in April, May, and June.
On 7/27 your financial institution reversed all payments for both of your 90-day replenishment shipments, and your account was cancelled due to the payment dispute. While these chargebacks created credits in your favor with your financial institution, the payment reversals restored the full purchase price of both shipments as a balance due; monthly balance reminders have therefore been sent.
Per your phone call on 8/5 advising that you had refused both full-sized shipments, as these were outside the 60-day Money Back Guarantee period by that time, you were offered (and declined) replacements at no additional cost to you. Please be advised that returning a product via "Return to Sender" - without verifiable proof of mailing - can result in a package never being received back to our facility to process a return credit to clear any balance owed.
Although our records do not reflect that any emails have been received from your address on file, nor that any returns have been received to present date, as a gesture of goodwill the remaining balance created by the payment reversals has been cleared.
Your Meaningful Beauty�® account remains closed, and nothing further **** be shipped or billed.

SCAM ALERT, only ordered the trail and without my consent they kept charging my bank account, and to make things worst i do not get the product. The product itself is not bad but, when you get charged $79 a month the least they can do is send it. TO make it even worst it is almost impossible to cancel it I **** have to cancel my card to avoid this form continuing to happen. IT is a shame that miss Cathy would lend her name to such dishonest practices.Meaningful Beauty

We do make every effort to be forthcoming regarding our promotions and offers: as part of their initial purchase, customers enrolling in the Meaningful Beauty�® member program are informed they **** receive automatic shipments until they contact customer service to cancel or make changes to their membership. This information is clearly stated, in bold print, on the order page of our website. Before customers may finalize their purchase, they must check a box that states they agree to the terms of the purchase. The products are also shipped with information reiterating the terms and benefits of membership, including each shipment's billing schedule. We regret if you found the offer unclear in any way.
Your initial order (an introductory 30-day supply) was sent on 4/18 and billed in full to the provided payment card at that time.
Your 2nd shipment (a full-sized 90-day supply, with total cost to be billed over 3 installments to the payment card on file, per the terms of the offer) was sent as scheduled on 5/19. The 1st installment was charged when the order shipped; the 2nd and 3rd installments were billed in June and July, respectively, after which your 2nd shipment was paid in full.
Our records reflect your BBB review is the first contact we have received in reference to your account since its inception. Our website offers multiple options to contact us via phone, chat, or email; we regret if you experienced any difficulty contacting our Customer Service by any of these means, as we have regularly tested these channels without issue.

As part of their initial purchase, customers enrolling in the Meaningful Beauty�® member program are informed they **** receive automatic shipments until they contact customer service to cancel or make changes to their membership. The products are shipped with information reiterating the terms and benefits of membership, and the payment schedule for each shipment is also provided on the enclosed invoice. We regret if you found the offer unclear in any way.
Your introductory 30-day supply was sent on 4/15, and billed in full at that time to the provided payment card. Your 2nd shipment (a full sized 90-day supply, with total cost to be billed over 3 monthly installments) was sent as scheduled on 5/16, with the 1st installment charged to the card on file when the order shipped; USPS tracking indicates it was delivered on 5/21. The 2nd and 3rd installments for this shipment were charged on 6/16 and 7/17.
Per your phone request on 8/1, your account was cancelled. While our records do not reflect any returns have been received, as a courtesy at that time a refund was issued for the July installment.

I have not purchased this product yet, but I am giving 5 stars for ******** service based on the responses to the below reviews. You should always understand what you are buying/signing up for and not just check off boxes then act surprised when you are charged. Kudos to Meaningful Beauty for being more than understanding with their customers and offering refunds on things that have no business being refunded. Seems like they are giving away their product just to make the customers happy. You must have a great product that you are able to do this.Meaningful Beauty
