If I can make this company's rating zero stars, I would. I ordered a set of meaningful beauty for roughly under 100 bucks. Then within a couple of weeks, I was charged an additional $108 for a subscription I did not agree to. When calling the company, there's no answer, and I have to call my bank now, to stop payment. I didn't realize this was a common fraudulent practice of Meaningful Beauty and should be done about it. There are numerous complaints from customers being scammed into this subscription. I strongly suggest that if you're interested in purchasing meaningful beauty, do not do it!!! You're better off going to your local beauty supply store to purchase facial products. This company is horrible and the famous people promoting the products should be ashamed. Please do not get caught up in the subscription web, stay far away.Meaningful Beauty

While you may notice a trend with the reviews or complaints regarding our subscription program, happy customers generally do not leave any kind of reviews regarding their experience. Please keep in mind that the reviews and complaints that the Better Business Bureau receive are a very small portion of our customers. We do make every effort to make the offers as clear as possible on our websites, as well as by phone. If a customer chooses to purchase a promotionally discounted introductory kit they are informed that they will received automatic full-size replenishment shipments until they contact customer service to change or cancel the membership. The terms of the offers are provided in several places online before any personal information is entered or an order is submitted.
We do offer the ability to purchase Meaningful Beauty individual full-size products without a replenishment account but not the introductory kits. However, customers who choose to place one-time orders are only offered our retail prices. Replenishment customers are offered many great benefits including discounted prices, free gifts, the ability to customize future shipments, and the ability to customize shipping frequency. All Meaningful Beauty shipments are backed by a 60-day Money Back Guarantee.
Our records reflect that you purchased an 8-piece 30-day introductory kit online 3/20/25. By submitted the order for this kit you agreed to the terms of the offer including the subscription. We regret if you found the terms of your purchase unclear in any way.
Your full-size replenishment kit was processed for delivery on 4/19 as scheduled. Per your request when you called on 4/20 the subscription was cancelled, stopping future shipments, but the replenishment shipment could not be stopped.
Your Meaningful Beauty subscription remains cancelled with no future shipments scheduled.

I think they changed the product. I noticed with the last shipment my skin is turning orangey. Anyone else have same problem? I am seeing a dermatologist next month and will bring all the products in to see her opion. I'm not going to order from them anymore.Meaningful Beauty

They charged me $90 every month. Not what I signed up for. Then in order for me to not pay another $90 the following month they asked me to return my used product. What company wants a used face product back? To be honest I feel that they take advantage of people. I did cancel the subscription and made sure to get a confirmation email. We make every effort to be forthcoming regarding our promotions and offers for Meaningful Beauty via the website, TV infomercials, inbound sales phone line, print materials, product packaging and billing. We regret if you found the terms of our offers unclear. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate an account in your name with the information provided in this review so we cant address the specific concerns you mentioned at this time.
But regarding our return policy, every shipment is covered by a 60-day Money Back Guarantee which states if you are not satisfied for any reason just return the order within 60 days of receipt, even if empty. Of course, any returned used or empty product is disposed of, but a physical return is what triggers a refund and/or credit to clear any remaining balance due. The cost of the 90-day full-size replenishment shipments are billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles. While cancelling stops future shipments it does not cancel any balance due (remaining installments scheduled)for orders already shipped. Therefore, if you ask how to stop any future payments remaining when you cancelled, you would have been advised to return any shipment that had a remaining balance.

90 out of my account. Even tho I cancel my subscription that I didn't sign up for reoccurring shipments. I just wanted to try it. I preferred using jlo beauty better results. Was told I can pay to ship back. And they cancel and further shipment after arguing I don't want it.Meaningful Beauty

Your subscription was cancelled when you requested but your 1st full-size 90-day replenishment kit had already processed for shipment on 4/11. The cost of the 90-day kit is billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles with the first charged when the order ships leaving a balance to be billed over the next 2 months unless the order is returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. At the time of your cancellation, as a goodwill gesture the remaining balance for that last shipment was cleared.

The starter kit I ordered said if I wanted to subscribe check the box. Well I wanted to just try the product so I did not check the box. I just got a charge to my card now I have been trapped in these things before so I read very carefully. I tried to call the 800 number that's online it doesn't exist! I used the chat on line and reached someone who has promised to remove the charges but I think I will contact my credit card company. I believe this is false advertising. The lady I chatted with was very nice but not sure I would trust this company ever!Meaningful Beauty

really liked the product, I ordered the sample kit and 30 days later I was charged $92 for an auotship order that I didn't place. Very bad way to do business!!! It would be different if I signed for it. I made sure when I placed my original order that I declined any auto-ship orders, They lost my business because of this,Meaningful Beauty

If I could give a zero, I would. Not because of the product but because they ask you if you want to sign up for automatic refills. I said NO. Well, 2 more boxes later, I called and talked to someone who said he would cancel my account and stop the automatic refills. NOPE, I got another one. I texted someone on Chat and told them to stop, they said they would. I get a bill in the mail today for $221. for March 26. I never received a package. I called and talked to someone and they said, they charge my credit card in 3 increments, One a day for 3 days. I made sure that my account was cancelled this time. I had to report my card lost or stolen to get a new number. They were trying to charge me and thats why I got a paper bill! RIP OFFS !Meaningful Beauty

Our records reflect that you placed 3 orders online for introductory kits (two skincare kits and one haircare kit) between 1/13/25 and 2/19/25. Each of these orders included a subscription. As stated in previous responses, we make every effort to be a clear as possible regarding our promotions and offers. All of the Meaningful Beauty kit offers include automatic replenishments and information regarding those are provided in several places on the website before any personal information is entered. One-time purchases are available but only for individual items at retail prices.
Your account reflects that when you called to cancel, the subscription tied to your initial order (placed in January) was cancelled; but the other two (being shipped to **, a different address than the first) remained active. There was an overlap with billing in February when the 2 new orders for introductory kits were placed online, shipped and billed; in addition to one of the scheduled automatic shipments, each within a few days of the others. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. The billing notice you received for $211.28 was the remaining balance due for your first full-size 90-day replenishment kit shipped before your initial cancellation request on 2/28. Your account reflects that this balance has now been paid. Please be advised that while cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation; they will continue to bill until paid in full or returned within the 60-day MBG.
On 3/16, a 2nd replenishment kit (tied to one of your remaining active subscriptions) was shipped to the UT shipping address. Per your Live Chat request your remaining subscriptions were cancelled on 3/17. Although our records reflect that no returns have been received to present date, as a gesture of goodwill the remaining balance for the March shipment has been cleared.
Your Meaningful Beauty subscriptions remain cancelled with nothing further to be shipped or billed.

Been a customer for over 10 years. Website has been down 2 months. I asked for a courtesy product and uses it and has a complete allergic reaction turning bright red and this has never happened plus Im 100 Italian and dont burn. I have never tried this product in 10 years but tried just about everything else. With the website being down for two months, them sending me the wrong free product , having an allergic reaction, noticing their packaging has changed which is fine but now Im questioning the ingredients and customer service does not speak fluent English. I was a second away from cancelling but I put my account on pause till July and ask for a confirmation email. If I get charged past this month I will shut down my card. Why mess with a website that worked great for over a decade!? It should not take this long. Somethings fishy and I swore by these products for over a decade. Im fed up. **************** number is *************. Im already looking into a new skincare line but will make my final decision in July 2025 as Im on a pause. Im 62 and used these products since I was 50 and would have given a 5 star but because of the recent allergic reaction and all this absolute nonsence with the website being down, they have lost my trust.Meaningful Beauty

I wanted to try out their advanced line. Developed some kind of allergic reaction on my skin because of the retinol, probably in their products. I called them to switch it to the original products or cancel my subscription. I was never transferred to a representative and the recorded message told me that they dont recognize the number I called from! That is the only number I have had in years!! I tried reaching out to them via customer service chat and no one responded. Then I sent a bad review saying how I did not like the products, and I got an automated response saying I should contact the customer service. This is a scam!!!Now Im stuck paying $106 every 3 months and have products Ill never be able to use! How can I get in touch with their customer service? Any suggestions? Please help!Meaningful Beauty
