      Read the fine print. Even though it states "moneyback guarantee", "cancel at any time" that's not quite true. You might be able to cancel but they are going to put you on the hook for three rounds of product at $110 a pop, whether you use it or not whether you like it or not. They **** get their sale by whatever means necessary.

      This is a complete SCAM!!! I ordered the product - horrible product that is sticky and dries out your skin. Night cream is think and does not absorb into the skin. I canceled and was told that maybe I'd like another product for my skin so they sent me a small sample of something else, which I was hesitant to use based on the poor quality of the other products. I was told when I called that they had agreed to cancel for me. Then I receive a re-occurring authorized but unauthorized **** - so I can and tell them to read the notes that I canceled 4 mos ago. The customer service person was rude and said we already shipped your product - the product I did not authorize or ask for!! I spoke with a manager who said since they sent me a sample to try that meant to them that I had agree to continue when I clearly canceled. That manager was RUDE and told me she **** do nothing to help and that I should receive the product soon and I can take time out of my life to go to the post office and ship it back to them.

      This is a complete scam and horrible product. Not even work the aggravation or the time. They have the worst customer service and a BEWARE the ploy to have to "try" something else just as poor quality they then "assume" you agree to not cancel !!! THEY **** NOT PROVIDE A CREDIT BUT TELL ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT WHEN I RECEIVE IT AND THENCALL AGAIN TO REQUEST A CREDIT OF A PRODUCT THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!!!

      The melon serum is very sticky and lays on the skin instead of being absorbed despite my trying to apply a thinner layer. I haven't noticed any change in my skin for the better and their "low"monthly price of $79 is too high in this economy. I have cancelled future orders.

      Meaningful beauty charges more than reflected in their ads. They send merchandise sooner than requested. They charge monthly for products that are shipped quarterly. I call your choice of doing business, bait and switch. Which is illegal. ***************************, you should be ashamed! I hope you're happy and all your beauty and wealth as you exploit middle ******** women. I Fortunately I am so agitated at your form of doing business I **** not even comment on your product. I found other products that are just as good but do not try to scam their customers.

      I have been using these products for 2 years and love them! I'm 52 now, and my skin has never looked better. I have never had burning, itchiness, redness or any other claimed side effect from any of these products, unless I accidentally get them in my eyes. No product is going to make you look 21 again, but I have seen visible improvement since using these products. My tiny lines and wrinkles have diminished, my pores appear smaller, my neck and jaw are firmer and the general texture of my skin is better. I like that I can spread out the payments over three months because, let's face it, beauty products are expensive, and this helps with the overall cost. I have had to call customer service in the past and got swift, prompt results. Thanks, *****, for helping me improve not only my skin, but my confidence!

      Got the intro trial produts..no changes on skin what ever..it did make my forehead itchy I noticed..received 2nd shipment for full size products. I **** pay the 3 payments n give it away to someone bc I'm allergic..return s n h on this **** be pricey to return so . I think customers should get free returns on this product..now I did cancel future shipments n **** get cancel confirmation by email in 24 to 48 hrs the lady said. She was nice n helpful..however..I feel there should be a fine line seeing in difference by using as directed but I got itchy n no visible difference..it's too slow acting for the price nthe products feel too thick n greasy to me n never absorb into my skin..don't like that..so...it's my experience n I'm not happy with it..my opinions..also..why is such long waits to answer when calling n why chinese?? So..over all..it's pricey..nofree label to return n long waits to cancel n it's allergic to my face n itchy..

      I have been using this product for several months now and I think it is a great product. The facial cleanser is fantastic, no makeup residue after washing my face. I have used other products over the years and feel like the Meaningful Beauty products work very well. I have to be so careful about what I use due to my extremely sensitive skin and with this product, I don't have the dryness, redness, and breakouts as I do with other products. Meaningful Beauty is no more expensive than Mary Kay or some of the other products I have used in the past. Per my experience, happy customers don't normally go out of their way to write a review. As with any product you buy, READ all the details when you are signing up! It was very clear to me what I was signing up for.

      The product is not bad, but they keep sending product without consent and when it suits them. Customer Service is atrocious. One has to repeat everything 3 times and it took 30 minutes to cancel the subscription. Now I'm struggling to get a credit for the last shipment I didn't ask for.

      I'm not disputing what I signed. You may want to check the case / call the first service representative assisted with. The next consignment was for 8/20; instead it shipped on 8/18 - so by the time I contacted your service division, I couldn't make any changes to that shipment. So much for having a shipment date on the website. That was my first point. The second was that the representative may have heard what I said, but either didn't listen or didn't understand. I know and understand all the points you brought up in your response. It would be great if you could go back and check your facts. Sincerely

      I ordered from the TV. When I logged in to account 3 days later they already had me set up automatic debits. I new by ordering I would set up recurring shipments. I called and cancelled and received confirmation, but I had to yell at the customer service women .She would only tell me her name was JM, and it was from China, Imagine that! They had my next auto debit for 186.00 already set up to send my some more products i had never heard of! My initial payment was only 52.00. I did receive my products but realize now they intended to deceive me and charge me 3 times my original price. And I did not receive the 120.00 free gift they advertised. Having to cancel my debit card and now just another lesson learned the hard way. I am posting this to save you the trouble!
