      Cancelled my account in January 2022, was told they turned off box end of February. Called numerous times to settle my account to make sure no extra fees. January, February and early March. Was told zero balance no fees, account closed. To my surprise late April I get a bill saying I owe them one month. Ridiculous! I wrote a letter about my treatment to corporate but their reps continue to lie to me, they threaten me, and now I get harassing phone calls from their collection agency. The have got a lot of nerve. I turned in the box early February, but they still insist to bully me into paying a bill I do not owe for services that we're not on. Not fair at all.......

      I didn't get a reaction as of X-XX-XX that I know of. All I received was threatening calls yesterday and no Id today with no voice mail message.

      I have been calling At&t to get my bill resolved for three months straight. My bill went up from $135 to $196. I was told my deal on TV had expired. So I cancelled my directTV and kept my internet. My bill in July was supposed to go down to $70 a month. I turned in my items on time to UPS as instructed and got a receipt. My bill is still showing $196. I have called twice a week to get this issue resolved. Now, my bill is at $408.17 to include all types of fees and At&t has not resolved my previous 2 bills. I am reaching out to get this matter resolved.

      They charged me a "partial" charge that they told me absolutely nothing about. I was promised FREE HBO/Cinemax/Showtime for a period of time. I look over my bill...there's the charges! I called and talked with Kim. She kept telling me she understood. She obviously didn't! She would NOT let me speak to a supervisor. I'm not sure they even have supervisors!! I really like DirecTV but the charges that they sneak in when no one is looking ****** me off!! I've read through these comments...the "******** *******" keeps saying the same thing... ******** feedback is important. Horse hockey! Just do what you're supposed to do!!!!

      Have a complaint with Directv. We signed up for streaming in *** this year. After receiving the equipment ******* did not work so we returned equipment and cancelled *******. Have been charged for ***, June, & July. It has taken until today to cancel after getting the runaround telling us it had been cancelled. There is no direct number for canceling ******* so you have to go through the Loyalty Dept to cancel. Very frustrating circumstances.
