They have the WORST ******** ******* I have ever experienced. The reps lie, don't know what they are talking about, can be rude and robotic (no empathy). The language barrier/cultural divide is a BIG problem. When we moved, I had a tech refuse to add a third receiver almost a year ago (we only kept it to 2 after the fact) and we've had problems ever since either through billing, tech issues or bad communication from ******** ******* reps. Along with the increased bills and deleting channels (i.e., Lifetime), I'm DONE. Why am I paying to waste time and energy when they're so many other options out there? I won't be surprised if they are no longer around in 5 years. SUBPAR and a RIPOFF!!!DirecTV, LLC

I called DirecTV for repair under the Protect Advance . My tv cuts on and off by itself. The sound also cuts off and takes a long time to cut back on. I called DirecTV with the same issue a 1.5 years ago. When I called 1.5 years ago, the tech told me that he did not need the cord. This time when the tech came out, he asked me for the cord after he moved the tv to a plug socket. When tech plugged the tv in, I saw a spot in the left hand corner of the tv and asked him what was it. He stated that the screen was cracked. I let him know that the screen was not cracked when I carried it downstairs. He took a few pictures and said that he could not take it because the screen was cracked. He cracked it while moving the tv.
I called DirecTV and explained the situation. I let them know that I was a 20 year ******** and that this was unacceptable. The company Asurion, stated that they would not fix the tv and that they don't cover broken screens. I let DirecTV know that I called with an issue of sound cutting off and the tv cutting g on and off.
After a 3 days of dealing with DirecTV and not getting answers, I asked them for cooperate's number. I was told that there was no corporate phone number, fax number or email address. Sahil-Manager at DirecTV told me that If I wanted to co tact corporate, I needed to send them a letter through US postal *******. I spoke with Sahil on Wednesday 8/23 and he stated that someone will call me on Thursday. I heard from no one. I called back on Friday, 8/26 and let him know that no one called not even him. Sahil said, " Yeah, our systems were down we could not call. He asked me to wait until Monday and someone would call. No one called. I called the. Sahil contacted another dept. He stated that he would call me back. I let him know that I wanted to stay on the phone and wait. He asked me to wait until Wednesday and he would call and so would DirecTV. No one called. I called on Wednesday 8/31 to have my ******* disconnected.DirecTV, LLC

Worst company to deal with. As a business owner my self i can believe how this company treat their customers. Specially to a loyal, and customers that have been with them for years. My priority is give my customers a great ******** ******* experience but this company dont care about that. I wouldn't recommend this company not even to my worst enemyDirecTV, LLC

I cancel my ******* with Direct tv because of the price of the services. Then I ask them to send boxes for I can send their equipment back and I keep calling and they told me that if the equipment(recieivers) not back by the 7th I will be get charged for them. I am sending their equipment back because it's not mine. I am on the phone as I am typing for the 4th time trying to get boxes to send their equipment back like I suppose to. Absolutely terrible. They have no clue what they're doing. They signed me up for a ******* that EVERY single month therefore I had to spend 2 hours and ask to be transferred to many supervisors for them to always finally end up saying "o, okay. You signed up on the last day of the promo well correct your bill". I gad an anxiety attack every month before my bill was due because this was absolutely absurd. Even before my bill was due i showed signs of PTSD. yes actually from specifically this company. Finally after the ******* is over and I move out, 3 years later I check my credit score and can you guess what I find?? Interesting. I received not a SINGLE collections letter and there was absolutely no reason for anything to be unpaid. I ended the *******. Also the fact you need our social security number for terrible INSANELY OVERPRICED cable, where 50% of channels do not work, even the channels you pay extra for....let's not get into that. Also. You guys absolutely had my forwarding address which was the same as previous address you had on file (when I signed up) so how is any of your business legal? Don't worry I'm only a single mother! Why didn't I fight my credit? I tried, they sent you guys whatever documents. Why didn't I sue? Good question, should I?DirecTV, LLC

I disconnected my ******* in Dec 2021 and returned the equipment.
In August 2022, I noticed a charge of $101. 00 on my account.
I checked the account and noticed that I was still being charged for Direct TV ******* from January to August ( Over ten months over $900.00). I called and was told I could only be compensated for three months. This is a policy issue.
Does your policy stipulate that you can take hard-earning people's money without them accessing your *******?
The ******** ******* rep stated that there was no record of my disconnection.
This is shameful that this company is allowed to rip off people.DirecTV, LLC

I haven't been able to go online or use the mobile app for months. Each time I call, nothing customer service does work. Transferred to Online help numerous times, I just sit on hold. Tried again today for the **** of it, been on hold for 45 mins, going to hang up the phone now. What is really going on with them?DirecTV, LLC

I canceled my ******* July XX XXXX I ask for label and return boxes the ******** ******* representatives said the boxes would arrive in 5 to 7 day. I did not receive them. I called back the end of July no boxes. I called 6 more times in August I was told the boxes will be here they weren't. So I called again August XX XXXX Tow hours on the phone and spoke with a supervisor I advised her that I was leaving the country and still don't have the boxes. I need a label emailed to me I can take them to a fedex if I have a label she said she can't send a label. I advised her I have been waiting for the boxes for over a month with numerous calls. She advised me to take it to a ups store I advised her it was a hundred miles away. She did not care
