      They have sold products which are reliant on an app to function and now instead of fixing the app or creating a new one they have simply discontinued the app, being extremely irresponsible to all of their customers owning any of these products. The company needs to address this issue or refund all of their customers for these leisure. Furthermore, these products are STILL being sold!!! Absolutely insane and ridiculous! Mattel DO YOUR JOB AND SO RIGHT BY YOUR CUSTOMERS?! WHAT IS THIS?! WOULDN'T EXPECT THIS COMING FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY WHEN SO MANY CUSTOMERS IT'S ABSOLUTELY CRAZY! WHO EVER MADE THIS DECISION NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP! THIS IS A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN! COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE!

      Mattel offers a red line exclusive club with exclusive cars, but their website could not handle the volume. Long wait lines. Non-Functioning checkout process. This all prevents the ability to buy these exclusives.

      No response to any of my inquiries. I purchased ********************************************. I received a Caucasian Ballerina Barbie so I returned it. First it took me two months of runs around to get a label to return the doll. Then I sent it off and never received any response. I even wrote to CEO or Company and Vice President of ***************** Nothing! The doll was a gift so I had to purchase from another vendor who was selling it cheaper and delivered the correct doll within days. I grew up on Barbie and have even collected historical Barbies as an adult. But unfortunately, I fear I will no longer purchase any from Mattel again.

      Because no matter how much you play phase 10 its rigged for you to lose your opponents always win only way you win is buying extra energy or stars this game is not fair and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone just like skip bo it let you win maybe the first 5 after that you lose every game after the 5 you won Mattel has it set up that way for you to spend money they full of bull.

      It's truly baffling and frustrating to encounter such irony: a company renowned for crafting dolls, yet unable to provide replacements for defective ones, especially when *** dolls are widely available elsewhere. The offer of a mere $10 refund for a $40 purchase further compounds the disappointment. This situation underscores the need for companies to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold the standards expected of them.

      Terrible business practices. They started an nft hotwheels program and it's full of delays after delay. People spent thousands of dollars on "rare" nfts that was to have a physical item attached to it for owning the nfts. It's been over 2 years and nothings came of it. They are holding hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions of dollars of peoples money without giving any product for it. They also holding people's crypto money and locked them out of any gains they would've received during spikes for 2 months.Their company don't have a legit working individual you can contact and talk to or get any concrete information from about what is going on within their program. Like dealing with A.I, even with their costumer service department, they are just stay at home people on a phone. Nobody know's what's going on and it takes months for any updates in the program.

      If you are expecting a confirmation that you placed an order with American Girl Doll, forget it, you spend over $1000.00, and they never send a confirmation. You go on there web site, try to track your order, it brings you out to Apple apps. There web site says customer service is 24/7, nope, they open 7:00 am central time. I sent them a message through there web site, never heard back. I called them, they have a third party answering there phones, I held for 15 minutes to have them ask me if I need my products by Christmas, When you tell them yes, they say dont worry, it will be there. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with that has no sense of customer service. If you can go to one of the stores, do yourself a favor, less headaches
