      Mattel is c*** Messed up a couple of most recent orders that I ordered for my diecast shop and sent damaged product. Sent them back and never received the refund or replacement product. After 3 months reached out to them about it and they said that they received my items back and just never followed through. Second order was a mail-in and they sent 7 of the wrong item. Sent those back and never received the product ordered, nor a solution or refund. They just basically said "prove that you sent them back". Legally, I dont even have to send them back but did on good faith. You received the initial 6 items back but but not the other 4 in same box? Never will I order from Mattel directly again. I am better off buying their product from an actual retailer or middleman and getting decent service. If I ran my business like this, I would charged with fraud and get a horrible reputation. I will stick to the better product out there like M2, **********************, and Auto World

      I am very sad and disappointed. Went to Mattel website, it said *********************** Barbie was in stock. Referred me to target, set in stock. When I went to pay now it blacked out and said check back on November 10. So at midnight that day I checked back, and it blacked out again after it said in stock! Called Mattel and target. It went overseas to another country. The call, no one knew anything I was talking about! I get a text from Mattel to fill out a survey after filling out the whole survey, I go to press next at the bottom of the page, and all it does is refresh refresh couldnt even complete the survey after filling the whole thing out with comments and all very very surprised, discouraged, sad, and disappointed in Mattel! Would not refer to anyone!

      This company keeps sending emails about future products with a time clock on it. I received one two days ago about a Skullector Nightmare before Christmas doll. It was selling for ***** and had a limit of two. This is supposedly only being sold by this Mattel website. I went on another site winch is an auction site and there was already over ten different dealers selling this same product for up to ****** a piece and they each had 10 of the same dolls already to sell. Now if Mattel is only selling this product then how are these other dealers are already selling it. I emailed Mattel about this with no reply so I figured i would put it on the BBB site. I have only tried to buy one product on the Mattel site which was an ********************* for a present. I put it in the cart and tried to check out and it said sold out during the checkout which took nearly 20 minutes of waiting time. I know kids are not buying these on line its dealers trying to make money off them from people who can not buy it on the Mattel site. I do not think that is a good way of doing business and it says something about the ethics at Mattel as a company. Not every one can afford a ***** doll let alone one that costs ******. In my opinion this takes away from Mattel being a kids toy company to high stakes resell auction. I grew up buying Mattel products as a kid from Marvel Secret Wars figures to an adult buying Barbie dolls for gifts but I am not going have a clock count down on an email saying ready set go and then have no product to buy. But now you can buy on the other site for 3 to 4 times the amount.

      I purchased my daughter the Barbie gymastics set for her birthday and when she opened it the pants had holes in it. She was so sad. I emailed Mattel Sunday evening and had a response mid morning Monday. I was so impressed with their response time. Not only did they respond but they sent my daughter a brand new set! It arrived in two business days! I was very satisfied with customer service. Will Definitely continue to buy their products.

      WHY? WHY WOULD A COMPANY ALLOW 3 OF ONE ITEM WHEN THEY KNOW IT IS GOING TO SELL OUT IN A MATTER OF MINUTES. I AM STARTING TO BELIEVE THAT MATTEL IS IN CAHOOTS WITH THE PEOPLE FROM **** AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE LITTLE GUY. I TRIED TO ORDER THE 2023 DIA DE MUERTOS BARBIE X PINK MAGNOLIA DOLL ONLY TO HIT PAY AND RECEIVE A MESSAGE, SOLD OUT. I HAVE CALLED MATTEL MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT WHY THEY CAN'T JUST PUT A LIMIT OF 1 ON THEIR POPULAR ITEMS. OH, THAT'S RIGHT THEN THE PEOPLE SELLING ON **** WON'T GET AS MUCH MONEY SELLING 1 DOLL INSTEAD OF 6. YES, THAT'S RIGHT 6. ONE OF THE SELLERS HAD 6 DOLLS. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.       Ordered a I Am Kenough hoodie directly from Mattel expecting it to be very good quality considering it was priced at $60. I just received it a few days ago & it is horribly thin & cheap, it feels like some clothing from Aliexpress. It also claims its unisex sizing on the website, so I sized up, but its still too tight on me so the sizing chart is definitely inaccurate as well. I looked at the tag and sure enough it says its made in *****; that was not stated in the item description (and it makes sense as to the terrible quality & inaccurate sizing chart). I emailed them asking for a refund or at least an exchange, but they told me that all sales are final, which is honestly ridiculous. Felt like this was a scam from the get go, they get off on selling overpriced merchandise thats abhorrent quality & then wont let you return it when somethings wrong with it. Will never shop here again & will be disputing this charge on my card.

      Ordered 2 items online. Mattel charged my credit card for both. One came; no word on the other. Waited 6 weeks before calling them for status info, Was just told the item is no longer available and so they just cancelled my order and refunded my payment which they kept for 6 wks and would not have refunded had I not called.Since this was a very special gift for our granddaughter, I went online to find it. Not many were available but I ordered the cheapest which cost us 60% more!Very disappointed in Mattel. Will not do business again with them.

      I ordered several toys from Mattel Creations and the first two received damaged. Solution provided by Mattel buy another one pay shipping charges twice and hopefully get a refund. Second item received damage and they have no replacement either keep the damaged item or send it back. **************** representative are little help and dont seem to care about bad service

      I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a joke. Their employees do not care AT ALL about resolving issues, neither does their CEO. I placed an order in JANUARY and its now ***** was supposed to be delivered in April, and literally not one person can account for it. On January 13, 2023, I ordered two of the Monster High Skullector ****** Dolls. It states on that email it would ship on or before April 01,2023.On 2/26/2023 I reached out to Mattel to make sure that would still be the expected shipping date.On 3/1/2023 Mattel ******** Services **** ******************** told me that this item was on back order until July 4, 2023. I responded and told her to cancel my order and refund me,On 4/3/2023, Mattel ******** Service **** ******************** reached back out and corrected the date, telling me it was backordered until April 7, 2023. And that if that changed, they would update me and let me know (which never happened).On 4/19/2023, I called customer service, and they advised me that my order was shipping either that exact day, or the next day. This did not happen.On 5/9/2023, ******************* emailed me, telling me that my order was shipped. She provided me a tracking ID and its no where to be found - has NEVER shipped.On 5/12/2023, Mattel ******** Service **** **************** reached out and said she would update me on my order. (This never happened).On 5/23/2023, I reached back out to *******************, letting her know that the order has not shipped, and it is still just a shipping label that was created. No response has been received.On 5/30/2023, Mattel ******** Service **** **************** reached out and said that she would be assisting me. I have very little faith this is true based on historical responses from this company. On 5/30/2023, I reached out to Mattel CEO ******************* and he has yet to respond
