    I too am a victim of their scam. What I thought was buying two bottles to try it out, I ended up on an expensive subscription and had no idea. They some how slip it in when you're checking out and it's obviously not clear to anyone after reading other reviews. Watch your accounts because they're taking your money.

    I was duped thinking the trial kit was it, and unbenounced a follow up of $80 worth of this merchandise is being charged to my account? Something smells of faulty advertising or mishandled "fine print."I have now been on hold for 30 minutes to say I received the long lost order and sending back, but no one answers. There website is down. What a racket!

    I don't a subscription. I ordered it as an advertisement. The advertisement itself put it automatically as a subscription. First is when you order it off the page you can select it; so you are tricking people. I would like my subscription canceled. As I ordered the product just to try it. .... I don't know what information I need to give you to cancel my subscription. When I try to make a account online it is always down.

    Awful customer service and shady business operations. They autoship things you don't agree too and do NOT send any kind of notification that its even coming so you can't dispute or change it in advance. Then you have to pay the return shipping for stuff you never agreed too. The price of the autoship is also more than you would pay by buying as a one off purchase. Total scam; learn from my mistake and do not buy from this company.

    It is a total scam. I ordered the product thinking it was a one time purchase and they automatically enroll you into a subscription and you can't get out of it. Do Not Buy form this Company.

    I ordered what I thought was one time purchase. I then received and was charged again for a second shipment. Problem is: You cannot reach anyone via phone to cancel this subscription that i did not knowingly order. No one answers and just keeps you on hold forever. Poor customer service. Even though I like the product, I will not be using Smileactives any longer. Now, if I can somehow get this cancelled.. but so far no luck.

    I havent tried their product yet but be aware that they make it very difficult to cancel your membership and reoccurring charges. First their website always shows there is a technical difficulty so the only way to communicate with customer service is via text. I asked them no less than nine times to cancel my membership as they continued to try and change my mind and there were significant long delays with their replies ( I assume in hopes that I would get frustrated and give up).

    The product they ship you is about 25% the size they show on TV. How do they get away with that? They enroll you in an expensive subscription without your consent or knowledge. To make it a perfect scenario, the product doesn't work. If America wasn't made so great again, grifters like this would be prosecuted.

    Terrible business practice. I bought one small canister for my wife and I. I did not sign up for recurring product. Product shows up in the mail and we get charged automatically out of our account. Then they gave us a very hard time to cancel the order and we will not get our money back.

    I bought this just to try. It doesn't do anything to whiten your teeth. It leaves a stinging feel on my gums when I use it. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Save your money. Plus it has xylitol and some other fake sugar in it. Can't we ever buy a product without added sugar/ fake sugar in it?? This is supposed to be for your teeth. Don't waste your money on this junk.
