    Avoid the frustration, whiten your teeth with Baking Soda. This product did not work for me, however, maybe that's just me. The annoyance is the auto-ship, which sneaks into the order and before you know it, the second order is en route and on your credit card. Also, if you try to cancel/manage the account on-line, the circuitous manner in which customer service coding directs you is silly. Makes it as hard as possible. Finally had to call, so-so hold time and I was lucky to get a rep who did not try to hammer me into continuing, but that was also lucky for the rep. Avoid the hassle, do not order from any company that forces auto-ship into the initial order, bad sign!!!

We do make every effort to be forthcoming regarding our promotions and membership offers: information regarding the continuity program is provided in bold print, the same size font as the rest of the page, in the online shopping cart prior to any personal information being entered. Additionally, before customers may finalize their purchase, they must check a box stating their agreement to the terms of the purchase. The products are also shipped with information reiterating the terms and benefits of membership, including the satisfaction guarantee available on every order. We regret if you found the offer unclear in any way.

    We would like to clarify that we offer the ability to purchase smileactives�® products without a replenishment account; however, customers who choose to place one-time orders are only offered our retail prices. Replenishment customers are offered many great benefits, including discounted prices and free gifts - such as the introductory buy-one-get-one-free membership promotion you selected. One-time orders are available at our website and via Amazon, as well as by calling our toll-free number.

    Per the terms of the offer, on 8/9 your 2nd shipment (a 90-day supply, with total cost split into 3 installments) was sent as scheduled, with the 1st installment charged to the card on file when it shipped. Per your phone request on 8/16, your account was cancelled and return instructions were provided. Please note that orders shipped prior to cancellation will continue to bill as scheduled, until either paid in full or returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

    As a gesture of goodwill, the remaining balance for your 2nd shipment has been removed in advance of your return's receipt. Once your return is received at our facilities within the guarantee period, a refund of the purchase price (less s&h) will be issued.

    Your smileactives�® account remains closed, and nothing further will be shipped or billed.

    They don't answer emails, my 1st request to cancel subscription was ignored! They just keep charging my account and sending shipments that I can't use! This product destroyed my enamel! They

    I tried to cancel my order but could not talk to a person. I was on hold for 45 minutes. I just wanted to order one package which included two smile actives containers. Now I just received another package which I did not order. I want to return the package because the product does not work. I can be reached anytime at *************************. As part of their initial purchase, customers enrolling in the smileactives�® member program are informed they will receive automatic shipments until they contact customer service to cancel or make changes to their membership. While we do offer the ability to purchase smileactives�® products without a replenishment account, customers who choose to place one-time orders are only offered our retail prices; replenishment customers are offered many great benefits including discounted prices and special promotions (like the buy-one-get-one-free introductory offer you selected), as well as free gifts and many other benefits.

    We regret if you experienced any difficulty contacting us via our chat, email, or phone options, as our records reflect that this review is the first contact we have received in reference to your account. As you have requested, your account has been cancelled, and return instructions have been emailed to the address on file.
