Your 1st replenishment shipment (a 90-day supply with total cost split into 3 monthly payments) was sent as scheduled on 11/10. The 1st payment was charged at this time.
Also on 11/10, per your request your account was cancelled. Information was provided regarding your 2nd shipment in transit, the remaining balance and return instructions. While cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation. They will continue to bill until paid in full or are returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
As no return was received the remaining two scheduled payments were charged as scheduled on 12/11 and 1/11/24.
On 1/12 we received your phone inquiry about the additional charges. At that time, you informed us that you had returned the shipment. Although you did not have the return shipping confirmation handy, and our records did not reflect that any returns had been received at that time as a courtesy, a refund was issued as an exception to our Money-Back Guarantee. On 1/22, your 2nd shipment return was received at our facility.

I contacted them to cancel and was assured it would be canceled but was charged again the following month. I ordered the trial deal. You think your getting (2) tall tubes of product but it comes in half the size. (Only 1 oz each). I planned to cancel subscription but in less than one month I saw they were sending me another shipment. I tried canceling but the online website would not cancel my subscription. The place to cancel online didn't work. I kept getting a blank box with a X and it would not go thru. I finally called the next day and had to wait ****************************************************************************** 3 installments. First tactic was to try to talk me into deferring my next shipment and not cancel. I argued with them to cancel but then learned I still owed $58 dollars and if I returned the 2nd shipment I would have to pay shipping and handling. Then then offered 20% off the $58 but they would split that up into 2 monthly payments. I demanded in writing that my subscription was canceled. We will see if they will cancel.SmileActives

Also, that additional automatic replenishment shipments would be a full-size 90-day supply, the first shipped one month after your initial order.
On 1/3/24, your 2nd shipment (a 90-day full-sized supply, with total cost split into 3 monthly payments) was sent as scheduled, with the 1st payment charged at the time of shipping.
On 1/10, per your request your account was cancelled. Information regarding the remaining two payments and return instructions were provided, since orders that have already been shipped at the time of cancelation will continue to bill until paid in full or are returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. As you stated, an offer to apply an additional 20% discount to the cost of your 2nd shipment was made and accepted, decreasing the remaining balance due. An automatic cancellation confirmation email is sent to the email address provided with your initial order when a cancellation is processed.

I would give no stars, if I could. Horrible, dishonest company. I ordered a trial pack for $25 but had NO idea I was subscribing to a $90 per month plan! I NEVER would have agreed to that. AND, they try to fool you about the cost by breaking the $90 fee up into 3 increments, so you don't freak out and cancel. Of course, I DID freak out and cancel as soon as I got the first charge, but of course they never told me I owed an additional $60. Worse, I have NO confirmation, email or otherwise, that I signed up for this. When I called to dispute, the customer service rep was not helpful. Buyer BEWARE!SmileActives

I agree with the other reviews - this company is sneaky and unethical. I signed up for a trial set to test the product and somehow automatically got signed up for an additional 90 days supply that I never agreed to - and a payment plan of $56/month for 3 months?!!! I tried to cancel and was able to do that fairly easily but they still made me pay a balance of $56 for something I never ordered. I told them I never signed up for the 90-day but they didn't care. Just regurgitated pre-set talking points. Unreal after all these complaints that they aren't making a change. I'm going to give them a crappy review everywhere I can but Amazon has their reviews locked down. Also, the product doesn't do anything!SmileActives

This company is terrible. It is a nightmare to try and cancel your subscription in which you get tricked into. When you cancel it they still have you for $50 a month for 3 more months ** their subscriptions are paid out in monthly installments. Please remember that there are a lot of factors that go into how long the process takes, such as age, medication, eating habits, dental work, etc. It all depends on the stains, how long they have been there, and how deeply rooted they are in the enamel. Although Smileactives is designed to work on all types of teeth including natural teeth, veneers, crowns, bonding and even dentures; any dental work (veneers, crown etc.) will only be restored to their original color.
