    They don't answer emails, my 1st request to cancel subscription was ignored! They just keep charging my account and sending shipments that I can't use! This product destroyed my enamel! They

    Our records indicate that on 6/27/22, we received your phone request to cancel your Smileactives�® account; we note that incorrect information was provided to you at this time regarding your 2nd shipment which was already in processing for delivery, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration you've experienced as a result. Please rest assured that your experience has been reviewed and will be used to improve our services moving forward.

    Your account was cancelled per your phone request on 8/1, and return instructions were provided at that time. While our records do not reflect any returns have yet been received, as a gesture of goodwill a full refund has been issued for the purchase price of your 2nd shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credits to post.

    Your Smileactives�® account remains closed, and nothing further will be shipped or billed.
