      This corporation has zero customer service and if you run into a billing dispute they will never respond to your objections or complaints. No one will answer your emails, your phone calls, or even your in-person visits. If you have problem it simply is ignored while at the same time you will continue to receive your incorrect bill for years to come.The sad part is the employees are mostly good people just trying to do their work. Some of the dentists are good. Some try to "upsell" you on services that you don't need. The core problem is the company itself, which operates without regard for their patients.The company has staffing issues, which is not surprising. I would estimate they cancelled and had to reschedule about 50% of my and my husband's cleaning appointments. Sometimes with no notice - you show up and are told they must reschedule. This operation does not deserve your business.

      Denied insurance covered standard cleaning because I declined their add-ons for irrigation. I did this at a previous appointment with no problem, but this time I also told them I would not be getting braces. The hygienist became visibly upset/angry, jam the gum measuring tool so it hurt, then told me I have 2 cavities and I required the irrigation. She sent in the insurance lady to tell me the costs. I told her I declined them and just wanted the cleaning that was scheduled. She didn't say anything about cavities during this discussion. I have never had cavities. I saw them 6 months ago and continued with my regular brushings/flossing. They are grifting people with basic insurance and pressuring them into upsells.

      The Orthodontic Team told owes me money for a procedure in which I owed nothing, but they charged me money up front before billing my insurance. The insurance then proved I owed nothing, like I told them, but they wanted money before providing me any care. They are so used to peoples insurance not covering the procedure I got that they dont know what to do when someone actually has insurance that covers the procedure. They have told me for months that corporate will call me and issue the refund to my credit card and I gave never gotten a call. They stole my money. The manager ******* and the secretary, ****** continued to lie to me that I would get my money back. They are all white collar criminals.

      They don't care about their patients and I've been trying to get a refund from an over payment for more than 3 month. I have been told that the manager will get back to me but still nothing. Now they won't even *************. I have left MANY messages. I am hoping that just maybe the *** will contact them.

      I'm with delta dental insurance. We were assigned to ****************** at ********, evergreen location in **********. He was very unprofessional. Started talking very loudly in reception area with my 14 yo daughter present. He said to not do any x-rays on her and to not give us any other appointments. My daughter is the one that said he's talking about us. I asked him what the problem was and he got combative. He informed me he doesn't have to take us as new patients tho deltacare has been paying him since January. My main problem is he did this in the front office in front of my daughter and in front of staff instead of talking to me or privately with his staff. He was horrible. I walked out after having my teeth cleaned and let ****************** know there is no way I'd let him work on my daughters teeth. I've never been so disgusted with a human being in my life. No care only money is what he portrayed to worry about. He owes deltcare there money back.

      ok. I have been a patient at the Marysville, WA. office for a year. During this time, I had all my teeth pulled, and new dentures put in, plus a relign last July. I had very good experiences with the dentists, it was completely painless, and I have recommended several people to them. However, I had been informed in september that my bill was completely paid, and i was delighted to be informed that my insurance overpaid and they were going to cut me a check. Unfortunately, I still haven't received this check, and I have been given one excuse after another for the delay. They claim my relign has been submitted to my other insurance, but after two weeks this insurance has no claim. This should have been resolved months ago! I feel like i am just getting the royal run around now, and being outright lied to. pretty pathetic.

      I've been a patient with Gentle Dental of Westland ( Michigan ) for a year now. Their office staff have major issues and every time I go, there's some sort of issue. They don't answer they phone, take days to call you back, over book cleaning appointments, have long wait times to be seen and they have also mixed up my insurance information and spent 6 months trying to bill my insurance, before calling me to tell me that there was an issue, which turned out to be the office's error!! When I speak to the office staff about these issues, they don't apologize, they don't take responsibility, and they never off me any explanation. They just sit there and look at me as if I have green teeth and horns growing out of my head! I had an appointment today ( 1-30-23 ) for a cleaning. It was 30 min past my appointment time so I asked the office staff how much longer my wait would be. I was told that there was still one more patient ahead of me for a cleaning and that was it. A hygienist overheard my asking, and she stepped up to do my cleaning despite the fact that my appointment was not with her and all in toll, I was in the office for almost 90 minutes, once again, just for a cleaning. That's way too long. Office staff didn't seem to care. I was told by the hygienist that my appointment was double booked and that the staff booked two adult cleanings both at the same time. When I left, I confronted the office staff about this and received no answer. No explanation. No apology. No nothing. Once again, they just sat there and looked at me, only telling me to have a nice day. Why are they double booking or over booking their patients???? If/when there is an issue, at least in my experience with their office, the front desk staff do not seem to care at all, what so ever. I've had it.

      I've been trying to get ahold of them for over a month. The only option given that pertains to my issue is the ******** ******* option. When I pick that option, it **** hang up on you because I don't have an extension to a person working there. I called another interdent and they took my information and said they **** send it to corporate. They were suppose to call me within 48 hours. No one has called me back.

      They discriminated against me and my ******* Dog. I like my current dentist, he is pretty good. I don't like anything else about this company.

      They need to be shut down!

      This is the worst experience I've ever had with the Gentle Dental Valley ************ location.
      All payments are due upfront the day of the procedure and I had several visits w/one final appt.
      The final appointment I was turned away because they demanded 30% down of approx $1400.00 **** for one crown appointment. YIKES! I asked if they would accept $100 payments towards my remaining balance so that I could get my crown, but was turned away by the office manager. I left. The dental surgeon was not happy about me being turned away from my appointment and so the office called me back and told me I should come back for my appointment. It's a 45 minute drive between the dental *********** house. I told them I can come back another day. The soonest they could get me in was 30 days later. I showed up for the appointment and I was turned away AGAIN because they now want 40% down before they **** accept monthly payments from me. While I was trying to come up with 40% down, I received a final ****. They billed my insurance and charged me for a crown & A BRIDGE?! I now owe approximately $1600! I spoke to the office manager and she said they mailed all my correspondence, including my porcelain crown with no response from me. I quickly learned they mailed everything to the wrong address! I was sent to collections in haste! The internal collection **** stated that I have paid quite a bit of money towards the treatment plan already. Well over 40%. I should have NEVER been turned away and monthly payments should have been accepted. Per the collections **** my **** is also WRONG. I owe less. Someone was to call me. No one called! But I got a certified letter demanding I but 40% down or call the office to schedule an appointment by Nov 1st or I'll be dismissed as a patient. I called and tried to schedule, but now they want $500 down and refused to schedule me. I asked them to get that in writing and the manager told me I'm dismissed and they **** not assist me any further.
