      Zero stars! Wish I had had the foresight to read these reviews BEFORE I bought the Perricone. Never again. Cancelled the subscription I did not knowingly sign up for and had bank cancel card. Received second box returning it ASAP.

      I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction and warn others about Perricone MD, specifically regarding their Cold Plasma Plus+ Sub-D/Neck product. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, filled with deceptive billing practices, non-transparent subscription models, and abysmal customer service.Initially, I purchased the product for a seemingly reasonable price of $60. However, to my shock and frustration, about a month later, I was hit with an exorbitant renewal fee of $275, which was never clearly communicated or consented to. Attempting to cancel this subscription has been a Herculean task. Not only did I have to pay $10 to return their product, but they also neglected to process my refund in a timely manner.When seeking customer support, I was greeted with a phone recording trying to sell me medical devices instead of providing actual assistance. Once I finally managed to speak with a representative, I was informed that it would take an additional 3-5 days to process my refund. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects a company that does not value its customers or their time.Furthermore, my experience is not an isolated incident. Other customers have reported similar issues, such as being charged for subscriptions they never agreed to and facing fraudulent charges. These practices are not only unethical but potentially illegal, exploiting customers through opaque subscription models and making it exceedingly difficult to opt out or even understand the terms of the agreement.As a voice of caution, I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Perricone MD. Their business practices are questionable, and their customer service is severely lacking. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope my review helps others avoid falling into the same trap.

      After getting extra charges from this scummy company, I decided to dig into it a bit and see if I could find why so many people (including myself) have issues with them. All of their replies are correct it does say in the receipt in bold on check out that every 3 weeks they will charge and send you more product. HOWEVER this is where wording is important and why this Company is Horrible the Bold print is bold but the size of the print is heavily Reduced basically they are using fine bold print taking advantage of people older people with poor eye sight. You know the people with aging skin they sell to. DO NOT BUY FROM OR TRUST THIS COMPANY. P.S. customer service is quite awful not only do they continuously bug you about their product while talking about the issues you have with them. Upon asking for cancellation they say well we can put off the payment for a few months while you considerAlso I urge people who (like me) Read the company responses to not Trust the c*** they spew, as they only tell about 10% of the whole story.

The terms of the online offer are typed in bold lettering so that they stand out to draw the customer's attention to them.  The font size is the same as the majority of print on the shopping cart page.  The information is placed directly below the picture and description of the order contents, again to be visible when the order is reviewed before any personal information is entered.  Also, before any order that includes a subscription can be finalized, there is an empty box directly about the Place My Order button that must be checked to proceed with the order.  That box states: By checking this box, you are electronically signing your order, agreeing to the terms above and to our general Terms & Conditions, including our no-commitment auto-replenishment program, and authorizing us to charge payments to the credit card you provide.  We regret if you found this information unclear in any way.
      On 1/25/24, your first replenishment kit (a 90-day supply with cost split into 3 monthly installments) began processing for shipment.  We received an approved payment authorization from PayPal for the 1st installment at this time.  The kit was shipped but when we attempted to finalize the authorized payment as a charge the request was declined by PayPal.  This activated the auto billing process to send monthly notices advising of the balance.
      On 1/26, we received your LiveChat request to cancel but our records reflect that you instead accepted an offer to customize and postpone future shipments.  The next shipment was postponed until 5/30/24.  Information was provided regarding your 2nd shipment.
      Your account was cancelled per your LiveChat request on 2/3/24.  When you informed us that you refused the shipment returned to sender - as a courtesy, the balance due for your 2nd shipment was cleared prior to the receipt of your return.
      We regret to learn that you found the cancellation process difficult. We do want to ensure members are aware of all of their options and benefits available with our flexible membership program; additionally, we want to ensure that customers are able to clarify any questions at the time cancellation is processed.       Same story as everyone. I did not realize they signed you up for a subscription. After my credit card flagged the first order as fraudulent I got a new card, somehow they also got that number and charged me again. Do not do business with this company.

      On 8/11, your first replenishment kit began processing for delivery as scheduled.  But when we requested an authorization for payment prior to shipment your charge card was declined by your financial institution.  The shipment was placed on hold when the payment could not be authorized.   In January, updated payment information was received, and another attempt was made to process the order for shipment.  On 1/18/24 per your LiveChat request your subscription was cancelled before we received an approved payment authorization, so the replenishment kit was not shipped.  No additional charges were posted to your account since your initial order in July.  Please be aware that our records do not reflect any contact regarding your account prior to the 1/18 cancellation request.  
      Regarding new credit card information, in some cases, depending on the polices of your credit cards issuing bank, updated information is provided by the bank to a merchant that is recognized from previous purchases, especially if that previous charge is noted as a reoccurring (subscription) purchase.  Procedures vary amongst financial institutions, and you may want to check with your financial institution regarding this.

      I too am now having issues. My credit card flagged it as fraudulent luckily. I had heard weeks ago about people having issues with subscriptions and auto billing without approval, so I went into my account on **********************'s website, and it shows that I have no subscriptions. I even went to the site I purchased my first of two orders on, by going through the purchase confirmation email, because it's a whole different website than the regular Perricone MD. This one was for the cold plasma D neck cream. On there also, I found I did not have a subscription. Then this week on 12/18 I got a fraudulent charge alert email for an attempted charge of $270.75, which was declined. My credit card company rejected it and issued me a new card. Then today, 12/19 I received another fraudulent charge alert email for an attempted charge for the same amount. With the new card number presumably, because I don't recognize the last 4 digits of the card. How is this even possible?? How can they charge a card I never put on file? And how come when I go into my account on their website, does it say I do not have a subscription, nor does it show in my order history. Also, I never received an email about either of these orders, from Perricone MD. Nor was there any mention of a subscription authorization, in either of the original purchase confirmation emails.I love these products but this is enough to make me never order again.

      Our records do not reflect any calls received from the phone number provided with your order nor any other contact received in reference to your account since its inception, prior to receipt of your BBB review. Our website, www.subd.com, offers options to contact us via phone, email, or chat. But currently there is no option for customers to login to view an account online.  Please be advised that Perricone MD products are also available via multiple retail stores, online at www.perriconemd.com, and via QVC - all of which maintain separate customer databases and would not have had access to account information for membership orders placed at subd.com.  We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
      On 12/18, your first replenishment shipment began processing for delivery as scheduled.  But when we requested an authorization for payment prior to shipment your charge card was declined by your financial institution.  Due to the information received from your financial institution the request for payment authorization was attempted again.  When the authorization request was again declined the order was cancelled as well as your subscription on 2/6/24.

      Shady business, don't bother. There is no option to buy the product without inadvertently signing up for a subscription. I was charged ~$60 for the product that I actually wanted, then realized a month later that I was charged $275, not even getting an email saying "your product has shipped". Upon investigation, I saw that there was fine print saying "if you order this, we will sign you up for the auto-replenishment". Talking to the customer service representative, they tried to change the subject and asked how I liked the product rather than answering my questions. They operate unethically.

      Horrible company, the shadily enroll you into a monthly plan when you make one purchase. They start charging you account each month and lie about canceling. I had to change my accounts and get new cards to stop them from charing me.

      On 12/7, per the terms of the agreement, your 2nd shipment (a 90-day full-sized supply, with cost split into 3 payments) began processing for delivery as scheduled. We received an approved payment authorization from PayPal at this time.  On 12/8 the kit was shipped, and the payment finalized.
      Also on 12/8, per your request, your account was cancelled.  Information was provided regarding your 2nd shipment, remaining payments, and the 60-day Money Back Guarantee available since orders that have been shipped at the time of cancelation will continue to bill until paid in full or returned for credit within 60-days of receipt.   Per our records this is the first contact we received regarding your account.
      We received your LiveChat inquiry regarding the cancellation on 12/11.   The cancellation processed 12/8 was confirmed.   You were informed that the 2nd shipment (which per *** tracking was delivered 12/9) had already been sent when cancellation was requested.  As a courtesy at this time a refund was issued prior to the receipt of any return.

      ************************* is a terribly shady business. I signed up for a subscription for MyCosmeticKit.com (IT Cosmetics) a few years ago. The only avenue for canceling or disputing a charge is via a chat. I contacted the "chat" last week to cancel. They told me they canceled my subscription, but in addition to that, they told me an order was on the way (which they had already charged me $53.93) and that I would still be billed for 2 additional payments! They told me to return the product when I received it and they would credit me back the $53.93 and not charge me again. I hope this turns out to be true but I doubt it. I am only giving 1 star because I have to. If it were my choice it would be zero stars.

      Our records reflect that you first enrolled for automatic shipments of IT Cosmetics distributed by *********************** in 2016 and have been receiving full -size shipments approximately every 5 6 months since enrollment.  Your last shipment (a full-size 5-piece kit) was sent 11/30.  Per your request your account was cancelled 12/1/23.  Please be advised that while cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation.
      The cost of each of the full-size kits you received was split into 3 monthly payments that were billed on a 31-day billing cycle; the first payment was charged when the kit shipped.  The remaining two payments were charged over the following two months.  The billing cycle would start again after each kit was shipped.  When you cancelled your account 12/1, we had received the first of the three payments for your last shipment leaving the remaining two still due unless the shipment was returned within the 60-day Money Back Guarantee.   We apologize for any confusion regarding this payment plan.  
      In regard to contacting customer service to make changes or cancel, the chat link as well as our phone number is provided on the website.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Inadvertently enrolled in their subscription program, which if you have to put it in small print multiple times that says a lot. Cancelled my credit card over this sneaky company and they somehow billed my new credit card after sending me an email canceling my subscription. Im calling my bank on Monday. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Your initial order (an introductory 30-day) was shipped on 9/5.  Per the terms of the online offer your first automatic shipment (a 90-day supply) was sent on 10/2 as scheduled and billed in full to the credit card on file.
