I ordered crepe erase one time order, I sent back due to this product caused a body rash. I called the company after receiving an email that they had cancelled my order. But they had me on a automatic refill. I did not order this or request automatic refill of the product, I was charged ****** for second order I did not request. I did call the company and they said I did not cancel before refill and I can send back but my credit card was already charged. The agent on the phone stated all on line orders are for subscription that auto supplies. This was false advertising so be use caution when trying Crepe Erase! The products are also shipped with information reiterating the terms and benefits of membership. We do offer the ability to purchase Crepe Erase products without a replenishment account, both online and by phone. However, customers who choose to place one-time orders are only offered our retail prices; replenishment customers are offered many great benefits including discounted prices, free gifts, the ability to customize future shipments, and the ability to customize shipping frequency. Your initial order for an introductory 30-day supply was sent on 2/13, and was charged in full to the provided payment card at that time.Per the terms of the offer, your 2nd shipment (a 90-day full-sized supply, with total cost billed in 3 monthly installments) began processing for delivery on 3/14: we received authorization for payment of its 1st installment at this time from the card on file.We regret to learn that you may have experienced any issues while using Crepe Erase products, as you have stated. Our records indicate you spoke with a Customer Specialist on 3/15: your account was cancelled and your 1st shipment was refunded on this date. As your 2nd shipment could no longer be prevented from shipping by that time, a request was submitted to stop the already-authorized payment from finalizing as a charge, and a postage-prepaid return label was also issued.Your 2nd shipment was sent on 3/16, but the previously-authorized payment will not be finalized as a charge. As procedures vary amongst financial institutions, you may want to check with your financial institution in terms of how it handles authorizations. Typically, the amount authorized does not appear on your finalized statement: just the amount ultimately charged.As a gesture of goodwill, the balance which remained due for your 2nd shipment has been removed in advance of its receipt as a return. Your most recent shipment was sent on 8/23/22, with the 1st of its 3 payments charged when it shipped, as usual. However, on 9/29 your financial institution reversed that payment, restoring the full balance due for the shipment; monthly balance due reminders were therefore sent.
On 2/16/23, your 8/23/22 shipment was processed as received at our facility after the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee had expired, thus no refund was issued.
Per your phone inquiry on 3/2, your request for an exception to the 60-day limit of our satisfaction guarantee was forwarded for further review; this exception was approved on 3/7, and a message was left at the phone number on file to confirm your account was closed with no further balance remaining due.

At the time of purchase, customers are provided the option to either begin with the standard 30-Day Entry supply, or a full-sized 90-Day supply which is billed in monthly installments. At the time of your initial purchase, the option to begin with a 90-Day supply was explained and accepted. We regret if you found this offer to be unclear.
Your initial order (a full-sized 90-day supply, with total cost split into 3 installments) was sent on 1/26, with the 1st installment charged at the time of shipping to the credit card provided.

Crepe Erase is a total scam. They are extremely misleading in their marketing of this product, and then they auto ship and auto charge you for product you don't want. This is a ***** I know I signed up for a one time shipment only but now I see new charges for another one that, by the way, costs 3 times what I originally paid! ******** ******* lied to me, saying that I signed up for a subscription when I know for a fact that I verified I wasn't signing up for a one before I placed my order.. When I complained they offered to let me keep the shipment and said they'd remove 1/3 of the charges ***** so I wouldn't have to worry about shipping it back to them- how nice of them to only charge me **** for a product I didn't order! To make matters worse this product doesn't do anything. Do yourself a favor and skip purchasing this product, it's not worth the money and you'll be scammed into a subscription ******* you didn't sign up for and have to deal with all the headaches involved in getting it cancelled and getting your money back!Guthy-Renker, LLC

I am so tired of getting this product! I do not use it. I have tried to get it cancelled and cannot seem to have the charges stopped even though I have been told over the phone that it has been cancelled and I **** not see any further charges. I have requested confirmation of cancellation via email and it is never sent. I now have been charged 3 times without receiving product. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card.

What a scam! I was signed up for a program that I did not choose. I was not informed of repeated charges for products I did not approve to be sent. I was told if I return the products I would receive a full refund of $290.00! I returned the products and they refuse to refund me but only agree to resend the products which do not work at all. I tried to have my credit card company stop the payments, they are investigating. I phoned the company 3 different times to settle this, they admit they recieved my products, told me they removed my card information yet i was chargef again and now claim I had 60 days from my original charge ( I am with in 60 days of actually receiving the useless products.)
