Horrible horrible company. I like how they respond on here about complaints but not anywhere else. So far Ive been charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars for the trial in the beg. No wonder why there are people lining up to to ***** Then I get an email saying I owe 300. Worst company Ive ever delt with. That **** chat and phone number never work right. Crepe Erase is a total scam akin to the old mail order music tapes. I never ordered a subscription, and then when they tried to bill me (despite not ordering) I sent them a cancellation to ensure I could dispute via my credit card company. They are now trying to get money by sending pretend invoices. Dont buy anything from them !!!Guthy-Renker, LLC

1 starREAD THE FINE PRINT! Like many others, I thought I was buying a trial kit of cold plasma cream set. Not a never ending $103 monthly subscription. In the first shipment, two of the glass jars were shattered inside the box. Shards of glass and creams everywhere. I notified PerriconeMD by phone, email and online chat. The fourth attempt rep ******** you must be in that *********************** mess. Thats separate from **. Good luck with that! I received the first shipment with damaged goods and a second shipment that was as described but I was not expecting a shipment at all. Ive been charged 4 times! UNBELIEVABLE! How can a company operate like this? I started to place an online order, but you had to subscribe for auto shipments, which I NEVER do. I didn't place the order. Then, I searched for how to make a one-time purchase and a form popped up that didn't have the auto-shipment clause on it. I felt I had the proper form. I placed the order. One month later, I was billed again for an auto shipment of "full size" products. I didn't authorize this at any point in the ordering process. I signed in to the account I set up on the original order, I couldn't edit any information other than choose a date to ship "my next order". I am furious!! I like free products!! This is a scam. I ordered a trial set of Perricone products. Never signed up for a subscription plan and was continually billed. They refused to confirm cancellation when I called and chatted with agent. They even stated that customers do not have access to their online account. I have screenshots of this entire dialogue. If I could give zero stars, I would. Shame on Perricone for using this third party. I opted to purchase a Perricone skincare set for trial. There is no option to sign up for subscription, or I certainly would NOT have done so without testing the product(s) first. When I saw $301 taken out of my account - I contacted Perricone who told me I had NO order NOR subscription with them. Then tell me how I authorized this charge? Don't come at me with your fine print BS Guthy Renker - I see your responses - what a joke. This is a scam.
