    I received 3 separate text messages from radiology partners ****** in the past few weeks about a bill for $139.00 I didn't reply assuming it was a scam because I haven't had any imaging done for years. I then received a bill in the mail for the same amount addressed to me but for my Son who is 11 and has also had no imaging done. I called to try and get any information about why I have this bill and was unsuccessful. The paper bill says imaging was done at ****************** but not specific to which location so I cannot even reach out to them either. I have had no imaging done for my Son whatsoever in the past few years and just don't understand where this is coming from or why I can't get any information about it not even date of service or which location. I don't want to be charged for services I never received and also have no idea who to even call about such matters so this was my best guess.

    Today I received a letter in the mail from a debt collector (capio partners) regarding a supposed balance owed to Radiology Partners of $530 since 3/15/23. Radiology Partners never reached out to me directly, so I have no idea what this bill could possibly be. But besides that I have been insured by Indianas state health insurance for years there is nothing they dont completely cover for me. I did email the company since I couldnt find a phone number for them but given its Sunday, and a holiday coming up Im not sure when Ill hear back. And after reading other reviews I am quite certain this is a scam, but maybe it was an accident. My ref # according to the debt collector is ******, and this is the subject title in which i emailed them in case anyone does get back to me.

    Good Afternoon,

    Review of Account notes indicate insurance information was received via a telephone call by Parent where as an internal clerical error occurred resulting in denied Commercial Payor claims. While it can be verified statements were mailed attention to the Patient Parent with no return notice received, the statement cycle of (2) expected did not occur to allow for proper notice of balance owed and time to be given for follow up. With this information known, the account balance has been adjusted to a balance of zero and request sent to collection agency to close file for attempts to collect.

    On or about 5/31/2023 I received a check (#*****) from ************ Radiology as a refund of $19.93, for an overpayment I made for services they had provided. The problem is, the name on the check is not my name (*******************) so I am unable to cash it. I've contacted them 6 times asking for the refund. I've sent them a scan of the check so they could see the problem for themselves. Each time I've spoken with them, they've assured me that a check would be issued shortly with the right name. To date, no such check has been forthcoming. At this point I have to assume they are not going to give up my $19.93. I've pointed out to them many times that they've wasted more than the $19.93 just taking my calls but it hasn't mattered. I wish to get my $19.93 back.

    This was reviewed on our end and escalated to the head of our refunds department to have this refund reissued to the patient under the correct name. Our records indicate that the replacement check was printed on 11/6/2023 and sent via **** to the patient.

    I have a $718 bill from this Radiology Partners company and I should have never received this because I have ***************** Please have this removed from my credit.

    On june 28 of this year a charge on my credit was posted fir 2887$ fir radiology partners, I dint even know what it's for , or is. I haven't had radiology, and it's messing up my credit score big time

    I mysteriously got a collections letter and call from MBA Law about a bill with Radiology Partners that I knew nothing about and told them I never saw them if so ******** Advantage would have paid it and I owe nothing since I'm on full Social Security Disability. I never received a bill with service date on it so I know for sure if I had seen them. I think they might be my deceased Father **************************** ****. I'm *************************,III

    On September 6,2023 I received a collection letter with creditor as *****************************. No details given about business. This is first written correspondence I have received. I never got a bill from *****************************. Who are these people and what am I being charged for? After reading other BBB complaints I am concerned that this is a scam.

    Tried to charge me $1324 claiming my insurance didn't cover my *** but they didn't even get the name of my insurance plan right. They claimed my ******** coverage was denied, I don't even have ********, I have a HMO plan. So they either filed insurance incorrectly, got denied, and asked me to pay due to that. Or they just sent me the entire bill hoping I would just pay it without noticing. I contacted my Insurance fraud department and they said they don't even have a record of them filing for the *** in question. Based on all the BBB complaints and ****** reviews this company makes a habit of doing this. I'm not sure if this is criminal or not but I want them to be held accountable. They need to acknowledge they filed my insurance incorrectly (or not at all) and that I don't owe them any money. Attached to this I provided a copy of their bill, my insurance card, and the explanation of benefits showing my *** patient responsibility for that appointment is $425, not the $1324 Radiology Partners of ******* tried to charge me. If needed i can include the hospital bill too, i paid $417 that day for the services and the hospital told me that would be my entire patient responsibility. They wouldn't even let me make the appointment till my insurance was approved so Radiology Partners of ******* seems like a fraudulent organization instead of someone just making mistakes.

    I suddenly got a notice from a collection agency, MBA Law for $1610, and when I followed the trail it traced back to Radiology Partners. Radiology Partners never filed the paperwork with my insurance company which is common for them apparently even though the information was provided. In addition, I never received a bill regarding the services provided. I have attempted to repeatedly call Radiology Partners about why I never received a bill about the services in question or why it was never filed with insurance, however I never get an answer, and when I do I am immediately hung up on.
