  This company is a clothing company disguised as a billing SCAM. I got a pair of shorts and some running clothes. The quality was decent. and I was satisfied with the product. HOWEVER, I was careless in watching my credit card statement. Fabletics billed me EVERY MONTH for a "membership fee" even though I did NOT order anything. I am attempting to cancel online, but they required a verification code. I requested the code numerous times, but they never sent it to my email. I am now waiting on hold (they said approximate time is AN HOUIR or more) to try and cancel this recurring billling SCAM,

  Terrible Customer Experience Credits Disappear Without Notice Im extremely disappointed with JustFab. I recently discovered that my store creditmoney I paidhad expired without any prior notification. I never received an email, alert, or any kind of message warning me that my credit was going to expire on June 1. Its unacceptable for a company to take your money and then revoke your ability to use it without giving you a fair chance or warning.I called customer service on June 2 at 9:35 AM and spoke with ******, who told me that credits are not refundable after one year. Then I was transferred to a supervisor, *****, who told me the credit is just promotional and tied to membership benefits. But heres the problem: This was real money, not a free promo! No one ever made it clear that the money I spent would be subject to ************* make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they were all in a meeting and someone would call me back. Im still waiting.This kind of shady business practiceletting customer funds expire silentlyis why I will be canceling my membership. I dont recommend this company to anyone who values transparency and respect for their hard-earned money.Avoid JustFab. You deserve better.

  How on earth is this business rating an A+? I just called to find where my package was and they hung up on me! I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and this is the first time I've had a problem. If you try to push customer service to help they just disconnect. Absolutely insane!

  I really dont know how these guys are a A+. This company is brutal to deal with. I had attempted to cancel my account multiple times, as I find the styles arent really that great, and the product is extremely cheap( I could wait for a good deal elsewhere and save my money while getting a way better product). While trying to cancel my account I was accidentally disconnected multiple times after expressing my desire to cancel my membership, and have had service representatives try to convince me to stay even after Ive indicated I am no longer interested. ***** this retailer like the plague they are.

  Cheap merchandise. I have a pair of boots and a pair of heels. I wore the boots a few times and the heels too. They have been sitting in my shoe caddy for a while and I took the heels out today and they look like they're wore constantly. The " leather" looks like it's deteriorating like an ancient artifact does when it hits air. The boots r too. They started falling apart almost instantly. Cheap cheap cheap CHEAP!

  I ordered a few pairs of shoes for express shipping as i needed them in the timeframe that was listed on express shipping. 10 days later and the package says "shipped" but the tracking information said "label created" meaning they tried to mark it as shipped even though they were aware they hadn't actually processed the order. I then get on their customer service chat and they proceed to tell me that this is a reported delay from *****. So I called ***** and ***** told me there was no delay on their end and that JustFab has not presented them with the package. So I confront the customer service agent about the lies they just proceeded to tell me and they glazed over the situation and told me the order would take 28 BUSINESS days to arrive. That is longer than a month, that is longer than the timeframe for standard shipping. They told me they had a ***** period of 2 weeks after standard shipping but that is not listed anywhere on their website. They then tell me they will expedite the shipment as a reshipment but a few of the items in my order were out of stock. So here is what actually happened, I placed the order for a few items. I suspect the items were sold out in my size but because this wasn't marked on the website they panicked and "processed my order" and created a shipping label to make it seem like they had sent the information to ***** so that they could then blame ***** when that order wasn't sent to me on time. They then proceeded to lie to me and tell me this was a ***** issue and when I called ***** and told them it wasn't they had to come clean and tell me the items we out of stock. This is not how you run a business. Very disappointed. I hope everyone proceeds with caution with this company.

  Thieves! Been a member since they were staring, and I signed up for credits that dont expire. Ive had my credits sent to me in gift cards, then all of a sudden they just take it and forfeit in exchange for nothing! Their style sucks! STAY AWAY!!! Theyre thieves! they dont even notify u youre money is going to be taken! And have the audacity to tell me that the notification for expiring points mightve been in the spam/junk mail yet their raising price and successfully skipped the month emails d are in your inbox! ****** your memberships now! Its not worth it! You wont be missing anything anyways and they also now charge Import Tax on top of sale tax, for styles that sucks!!! Spend your money elsewhere!

  Highly predatory online shopping experience. They advertised that I could get their special VIP pricing if I provided my name, birthdate, phone number, and email. I did so and got to check-out only to see they slipped in their VIP subscription in the order. Removed the subscription and my total order price increased significantly. A classic bait-and-switch on the consumer.

  I've been using JustFab for 7 years without an issue until recently. They say that if you skip the month you won't be charged. I did so and even have a confirmation in my email stating I would not be charged. I was charged and reached out to customer service and was told it's a monthly service. I told them I had an email confirming I skipped the month and would not be charged. No reply back.

  Automatic billing and the credits expire! Extremely predatory!!! Stay away! The VIP credits cost more than what they can be used on. So strange!
