      I just ordered 2 Pair of shoes from justfab. They are very nice for the price point. One was too big so I returned ******* was a super easy process to return. Took them to my nearest *** store just in the box and by the time I got home I had the funds refunded to me.

      These people are scammers. I ordered never received the order. Then the charge will remember shift video on top of that of 50 bucks. It's a scam, don't use it.

      They have subscription and keep continue withdrawing money from your account without your knowledge. I have friends who's account was charged over $1000 without his knowledge.

      If I could leave this company, a zero I would their sizing of their shoes is incorrect because if a shoe was a size 12, it should fit my foot. I should have zero issues getting it on my foot not only that but they do not tell you right away when you need a refund that you have to wait for it to get to their warehouse You were under the understanding from their customer service reps. **** once they receive it, you receive your refund when that is not true at all. I just got off the phone with one of their representative because theyve had my return since Monday. I just got told today. I have to wait till they get to my warehouse so they can see what kind of condition the shoes are in before they give me my refund and now Im getting told it will be nine till the week of Christmas then I am supposed to have my money back. I would never recommend this company to anybody. They are very dishonest in their shoe sizing And also they dont tell you the truth upfront.

      I made a one time purchase and they signed me up for a monthly subscription of $59.99 a month for the last 8 months. I called to cancel and tell them I was never aware that I was signing up for a subscription and that it seems very shady to have that in small print. He finally gave me a partial refund after realizing I never used the subscription. He then gave me a hard time about cancelling future subscription charges. Most expensive s***** yoga pants of my life.

      They do not value 10+ year customer!!! The customer service team is inept and unable to resolve a dispute. Moreover, customer service does not have an option to escalate a dispute beyond the floor supervisor - who has no authority beyond the regular representative. Buy with caution. Do not spend more money than you can afford to lose with this company because there is no one to really assist you in resolving disputes. I am cancelling my membership today so that I can remove myself from the chaos of this company and its customer service. I hope your experience is better than my experience. In the event it is not; just remember you were warned.

      Hello! I have a question for you, why did you charge me when I didn't buy anything, and I bought a pair of shoes in your store for $15, and I paid with my debit card and now you charge me $49 when I didn't buy anything, please explain and refund me! and if I subscribe to a membership and get charged every month, please cancel my account, thank you, you have charged me almost a day's salary, best regards!

      WHAT A SCAM! Ive never had such a terrible experience with a company in my life. I made my first purchase from JustFab, and its been nothing but a nightmare from the start. My email was hacked, and despite this being my first order, they keep mentioning something about a back office which doesn't even exist. There's absolutely no transparency, and the customer service is horrendous and they don't send you items. Ive been dealing with customer service **** in the *********** who are completely unhelpful. Dont waste your time or money. The customer service is a joke, and youre just going to lose your hard-earned cash. I want my items and Im still waiting, with no help in sight. Do yourself a favoravoid JustFab at all costs!

      Overseas SCAM. Reported to *** cyber Crimes. I dont understand how they are still allowed to conduct business. Maybe they will make the news with 99 counts of federal indictments. And then ordered the o pay restitution back to every customer they defrauded.

      Please do your research before subscribing to this horrible company! Ive been a member since 2011, over a decade. Last month I had over $500 dollars of credits expire without my knowledge. Apparently in 2023, they changed their terms and conditions, and now your credits expire within 1 calendar year. I was not aware of this AT ALL! The customer service agent, ****, stated that there was a pop up message on my account when the terms changed. The fact that there was not a more formal way of notifying loyal customers of this change is beyond despicable. It seems that this company preys on busy individuals who do not have the time to stay up to date on random changes to their terms after being a loyal customer who previously experienced NO changes to their terms for over 10 years. DO NOT fall victim to their shady business model like I did. It does not matter how long youve been a loyal customer. They will tell you that there is nothing that can be done, then ask if you need help with anything else. They do not seem to care about their customers. Very very very poor business ethic in my opinion.
