      I have been a member for years. Over the years a few times I have forgotten to skip the month. I hate having to remember each month to go on and skip and sometimes I forget. Over the years I have used some credits and accrued others. Every time I order items with my credits, they arrive and don't fit, or aren't what I expected from the photos. I have 1 item in all my orders that actually fit and I like. I have been waiting to use my credits so I can cancel my membership and not have to remember to skip the month each month. Every time I go on to find something I think MIGHT fit, it is sold out. When I do find something, and add it to my cart, the total keeps changing. I have 4 items in my cart and somehow I am still paying and only using 2 of my 4 credits. What?!? I reached out to customer service, and she changed one of my credits to in store credit, didn't help me with my cart, and ended the chat! Then I got an email that said she had cancelled my VIP membership! I would like my 4 credits refunded and my membership to remain cancelled.

      Each month, I need to remember to skip my month or be charged for the service. It is infuriating because some months are easy to forget to logon and skip the month. I asked to cancel my membership and they told me if I cancelled I would lose all of my credits. They couldn't refund my credits!! What???? I paid my money for what? So I've racked up 13 credits which I will never use because I have only ordered a few times. So I haven't cancelled because I still have these credits to use which I will never use and they are sitting there....my money. And 13 credits is a lot. It's a lot of my money that is tied up. It is ridiculous that the company keeps charging every month if you forget to skip and also will not refund the credits. I would like my credits refunded and my membership cancelled.

      Thank you for your response! Please allow 5-7 days for the credits to reflect back onto your payment method. Is the address on your account the one you want the check mailed to? Also- is the name on the account correct for and how it should be written on it? Many thanks, Natasha.

      I've tried to call with no success. I just saw that I've had 7 monthly fees come out of my acct that I haven't even known about! That's too much money when I don't even use this site? I would really appreciate my money back and if any fees/memberships are still active I need it canceled asap, please, as I'm trying to survive as it is..

      Just to clarify, the charges you saw were a result of our VIP membership. Your VIP membership was activated on 1/05/18 during your first purchase. During checkout, we offer two checkout options: regular and VIP. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount off your first order, as well as special pricing, free shipping, and other perks on future orders. However, it does activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $39.95 a month, which turns into $39.95 of store credit to be used on future purchases.

      There are only 3 member credits showing on your account equaling to $149.85. Kindly reply if the email provided is correct or with your customer id, and I will be happy to refund and cancel the account.

      I have tried to call and cancel my VIP membership before, asking for a refund for unused credits.. which never happened. I have 6 unused credits, it's such a hassle to remember to "skip this month" I've been trying to remember to do that for 10+ years and it's getting old. I would like a FULL refund and to just completely cut ties with **.

      I have received the refund for the 2 credits, thank you for that. Yes a check is fine for the other 4 credits. I updated my address on JustFab to my current address. If there's another way I should confirm the address just let me know what I need to do. Thank you again.

      DO NOT FALL FOR THE CUTE SHOES FOR A LOW PRICE AND END UP STUCK WITH A JUSTFAB CONTRACT! ITEMS ARE CHEAP AFTER THE FIRST SHOES YOU WILL RECEIVE. THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT USER FRIENDLY - VERY SLOW. THEY ONLY GIVE YOU A SMALL WINDOW EACH MONTH TO SKIP, AND THEN IT TAKES A VERY LONG PROCESS TO TRY TO CANCEL ONLY TO FIND OUT YOU WILL LOSE ANY CREDITS YOU HAVE IF YOU DO CANCEL. TRIED USING CREDIT ON CLOTHES, ALL CLOTHING DOES NOT FIT WELL. MY MONTHLY COST JUST WENT UP BY $10/MONTH, BUT TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON IS IMPOSSIBLE. I'M ABOUT READY TO JUST BE OUT OF MONTHS AND MONTHS OF PAYING TO GET OUT OF THIS MOST FRUSTRATING CONTRACT I'VE EVER HAD.       Stay away from Justfab. I signed up with them years ago to get the discount on my firat purchase and since then they have taken so much money out of my account. Everything i have ordered from here is extremely cheap! Shoes fall a part with in 3 wears and the clothes fit soooo off. Im so disappointed. Plus all the new stuff they have coming out is "high fashion" inspired and who the heck actually wears this stuff. I cant afford this! Im barely making ends meet and this SCAM has cost me $100s!!! I just want my money back so i can affored to put food on our table! Im so sick of this site. I dont want to cancel cause then i just loss all that money for nothing. Please stay away.

      SCAM ALERT! JustFab has the WORST Customer Service I've ever experienced. For all the people who said they cancelled their membership be warned. I had to call, live chat etc MANY times to get this cancelled. They lie all the time. After I cancelled I kept getting billed. Each person from Live Chat & calling tells you a different story*********How unfortunate you have to give them 1 star so you can post a review. They need a button for 0 for all of us who got ripped off.

      I also see that member service issued you 2 courtesy refunds of $49.95 on 6/1/2022 and one courtesy refund of $49.95 on 7/13/2022 respectively. Please allow 5-7 business days for this refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. You have now been refunded in full for all membership fees billed to you. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse members for non-company charges (such as bank fees, phone bills, etc.).

      Justfab has turned into the biggest scam. It started out pretty fair years ago. You would pay ***** a month, then you could pick an item for ***** and get free shipping. Then they started doing all these "discounts" and making you spend ***** to get free shipping. So the item could be priced ***** , but it's on sale for ****** But credits don't apply towards discounts, so you still owe them money if you want that item. 🤯 No matter what the discount was, I could never checkout without owing money anymore even though I bought in monthly with the membership. I didn't even spend my last credit, I just canceled because there was no item I could buy without giving them more money even though I paid 50 a month and the items cost less than ***
