Would give less than 1 star if I could. Not only is the shoe quality poor, I am left truly angry and disappointed at the lack of customer service. I have tried multiple times to receive my shipment. I have not received my shoes, and at this point I will have lost out on $50+ as they refuse to offer a refund. I was forced to cancel my VIP account that I had had for a year, and will not spend another dime at this scam of a company. Don't waste your time or money.JustFab

I've attempted to refund the card that was used for the order and member credits, however the card is rejecting our attempts. Because of this, the only option we have to refund is via check that will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. If you would like to proceed, please confirm if the name and address on the account are both who the check should be written out to and shipped to. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I'd give it no stars, but that's not an option. I tried to place an order on line. Three times I went through the whole process and at the end it stayed in a holding mode and the order wouldn't' go through. I then called them. I got a person in *************** with a very strong accent. He went through getting all my info, then proceeded to tell me that I had to place the order online. I asked for someone in *******. He connected me instead with his supervisor. They don't have an ******** office. The supervisor said they don't take orders over the phone, but I can give him permission to take my credit card info. I gave it to him and he ran into the same problem - the system in a holding mode and not taking the order. I only was there to order a requested Christmas gift for my daughter. Never again!!JustFab

Thank you for contacting through the BBB. My apologies for your experience with JustFab. Our customer service representatives are not allowed to input your payment method for security reasons. They can however help place an order if all information is already attached to your account and filled out by yourself. You also have to place your first order on your end if your are redeeming the new VIP offer since the terms & conditions need to be accepted on your end. I apologize for the time you spent over the phone and for this not being addressed earlier in your call. While I appreciate your response, it tells me nothing new about getting an order placed. I've never heard of a company that won't take payment information over the phone. Your supervisor did do that for me, but to no avail. A huge part of the issue was that your website kept me AND your supervisor in a holding mode so an order couldn't be placed. That is what you need to address. I won't ever go to your website again and my daughter is now looking for that item from another source. I do not need a response from you again.Review fromAmber G.

This is a scam. By buying a pair of shoes I was auto-enrolled in VIP membership for ***** a month. I called to cancel when I recieved an email from JustFab saying thank you for joining our VIP club. The phone rep was helpful and did cancel my membership after telling me at least 5 times how I needed the membership and you just get enrolled if you buy cheap shoes. The cheap shoes were ***** and made very cheap. With so many places to purchase online auto-enrolling customers will just push them to another company.JustFab

Sorry to hear you did not opt-in to keep your membership with us. There is an option to shop without a membership but it sounds like you may have checked out with our membership to take advantage of its pricing perk!
Of course, you can always skip the month to avoid charges or cancel (as you have) at any point but, we hope you reconsider coming back to shop with us, we'd love to have you back!

This company is a nightmare and straight betrayal - DO NOT join their VIP membership - I forgot about it and they booked it for over 2 years from our credit card - As I realized it I canceled per chat and wanted a refund of my unused credits - and here it comes - you can still use them in their shop but if it comes to a refund they say they are EXPIRED all other than from the last 12 months - they are stealing your money BE AWARE they are lying and betraying youJustFab

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for this to be delivered. Do you even realize that your own policy said quote: Each member credit can be redeemed for JustFab products worth $49.95 or more and never expire. End quote and by the way you may check how long you took these credits out of my credit card - ... This is a total scam. Who charges somebody ***** on their debit card to make them buy their ****? I get an email we charged your account ***** for a credit of ***** for clothing. This company is counting on blurred lines of complicating the populations bank accounts. They say you can skip. So you skip it 1 month. The customer forgets the next month and ** gets another 50 bucks. You call they say your account will be cancelled. Another month goes by. It's not! JF gets another 50 bucks. They say we will credit your account back so you don't dispute it with your bank. You forget, the credit never happened, and another month goes by and ***! JF gets another 50 bucks. So you see they are taking advantage of the busy people in the world, by confusing them and their bank accounts by lying. Before you know it. You are stuck in a cult that is stealing from thousands of people 50 bucks at a time. That is their goal! Doesn't matter if it's 50 bucks once or 50 bucks 20 times an account. Well they got me for 50 bucks once. I disputed with my bank. I don't care if I have to **** it up and wait a week for my new debit card. I am not waiting for their so called credit back to my account. All of you putting up with this for years? Get a new debit card. Don't let these scammers win. Shut 'em' down!JustFab

Just to clarify, the charges you saw were a result of our VIP membership. Your VIP membership was activated on 9/8/22 from your first order which included the Rainsford Classic Bootie . During checkout, we offer two checkout options: regular and VIP. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount off your first order, as well as special pricing, free shipping, and other perks on future orders. However, it does activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $49.95 a month, which turns into $49.95 of store credit to be used on future purchases.
I've looked at your account and see it was successfully cancelled on 10/13 and you were refunded the $49.95 member credit the same day. Rest assured you will not be billed henceforth since you membership was cancelled. Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

JustFabs courier has delivered my package to the wrong house. It took them 3 days to send me out a new shipment and they didn't even offer to expedite it. Every agent was rude, their website kept erroring, the customer service is the worst I've received from any company. I can't wait to cancel this subscription.JustFab

I have been trying to access my account for over 6 months. I have changed passwords, cleared browsers, and called customer service multiple times. I have called to ask the company to let me skip a month because I cannot access my account, they tell me they have "skipped the month," but it always comes out of my bank account. They won't even give me the credit balance, I have tried to cancel my account. I called again today, and they told me to call back in 48 hours.JustFab

I've been trying to cancel my VIP membership for a while. I tried back 2 yrs ago they told me I had to use whatever credit I had left before I could cancel my membership. Was never able to cancel. They have been charging me ***** for years now and just posted a payment on my card. I haven't used this stupid memebership for years and just want a refund for all the money they have taken out of my account. The phone number doesn't work and I've tried live chat which also is no help. It's a scam all around. Never buy from them.JustFab

So I've been a member for several years. I've forgotten to skip several times so I've been charged and racked up quite a few credits. The problem is, in those several years, the few times I have found something worth buying and using a credit...it sells out and never restocks. Finally, recently I was able to find a few things I liked and spend several of my credits. Awesome...until days after ordering and I get a cancellation on my entire order for no noted reason whatsoever. Now I'm stuck again with credits I can't use and money of mine they are just sitting on. Do not sign up with this company. You will 100% regret doing so and by the time you want to cancel...they will talk you into keeping membership for credits you have that you will lose. Credits I can't spend anyway. Also, they're website isn't functioning so I can't even contact them to resolve this.JustFab
