    I ordered a product from the business Vinyl Me, Please that never shipped or delivered, and the business will not reply to me about refunding me for the product. *** has since been acquired by ***************************, who has also not resolved the problem. I am hoping a complaint against the parent company will result in a refund. My previous complaint about *** to the BBB is Complaint ID: ********.

    I've been subscribed to the service to years. It's quite easy to sign up online. When you decide you would like to cancel, you must call a number that is only open for 6 hours, 5 days a week (10a-4p PST). The call starts off sounding like a normal call queue, and then jumps over to a voicemail box. You can leave voicemails, but they won't call you back. I've also emailed the team and have not received a reply.

    My *********** received a 3 month gift subscription to VNYL for Christmas. We activated the subscription in January and customer service told us we "had" to input our credit card information "in case we want to upgrade shipping". We received 1 shipment and then nothing for 2 months. I emailed VNYL asking about this and heard nothing back. Then in April I realized we had been charged ***** for a shipment and enrolled in a membership option. There is no way to delete your credit card information from their website! How is that legal? I and my husband emailed them MANY times asking about why we had been charged, cancel the membership, where is the rest of our gift subscription and did not hear back. I warned them that I would dispute the charge with my credit card provider and did not hear back. I told them I would report them to BBB and did not hear back. Also, their "customer service" phone number is a robot that answers, says they're experiencing high call times and then hangs up. How are you supposed to get help or cancel your unauthorized membership?? I had to ask my credit card provider to block the reoccurring charge. Looking online it appears that many other people have unfortunately had this same issue and this company is a scam.

    On April 1, 2025, I was unknowingly charged $420.00 by VNYL. I am a teacher, and was gifted a year long subscription to their service from **** ******, my room parent at the time. She set up the entire subscription, did all of the calling and everything, and told me when to expect my first package. I have email receipts to prove this true. The company had my debit card info to pay for shipping of the product each month. The yearlong subscription was to end on March 26, 2025. At that point, I had heard NO communication from VNYL since January of 2025 (I have email receipts of this as well). No notification that my subscription was ending, nothing. I was never notified that I would be auto-enrolled into a new year of subscription either. I did not wish to continue my subscription. Imagine my surprise a few weeks later when Im wondering why I seem short of money this month, and in checking my account, see their charge on April 1st. I called at least 10 times, and left at least two voicemails, and I never got answered or called back. I was able to connect to them via email (have screenshots of all interactions) where they informed me that they would NOT be offering me a refund for my $420.00, and that I had agreed to an auto-renewal subscription when my first one started (again, I did not initially set up subscription, so this policy was unbeknownst to me). I do not wish to have this subscription, and did NOT want to renew it. The auto-renewal was not a policy I was made aware of, because if I had, I would have never agreed to it. The fact that NOTHING was communicated about this, even leading up to it, is predatory business behavior and should not be tolerated. I ask for my money back, and for this business to stop shady practices, and be more communicative with their consumers.

    This business is a record (vinyl) company that offers monthly memberships where customers receive records based on their membership tier. The company also offers "gift" memberships. I received a 3 month gift membership for Christmas, and began the 3 month membership in January. I had to enter my credit card information in order to begin the 3 month gift membership. I knew it was my responsibility to cancel after the 3 months was up, but I expected there to be some kind of notification that the 3 months was ending. I received none. I was then charged $39.99 on March 24, 2025. I immediately reached out via email to try to refund the charge and cancel the membership. I never heard back. I emailed a second time. I also called and left multiple voicemails. I have not been able to get in touch with a human regarding the charge or cancelling my account. I am concerned that they will charge me another monthly fee in April and until I am able to cancel. I see no path forward to being able to cancel the account if no one is getting back to me from the business. This feels like fraudulent behavior on behalf of the corporation. I also never received any product or any additional communication from the company in return for the $39.99 charge, which feels like an additional fraudulent act. I believe my only remedy at this point is to report the charge to my credit card company ************* in hopes of having them block the business to avoid any future charges. I'm reporting this so the business can be investigated and to hopefully help other consumers avoid issues of this kind in the future.

    I received a gift subscription for 12 issues of three records per month. The company charged for shipping costs, so I used my credit card. They took this information and auto-renewed the subscription without notifying me or receiving consent. I never once paid for this service other than receiving a gift card, and I never opted into any subscription (other than the one I was gifted). They had no right to charge anything to my credit card, and this was a blatant scam.

    I was charged approximately $1050 for orders i never place, haven't received ANYTHING from this company and now they are refusing to refund me more than $120.

    Unbeknownst to me, VNYL has been collecting funds from my bank account since July 2023. This is alarming because I don't put my financial information online and nor do I even know what this business/service does/provides. I've called several times to cancel this "subscription" but have yet to get anything besides an automated system that asks me to leave a message with my account information. I can't leave my account information for this because I don't have it. I have not created an account with this business to solicit any goods/services, so when I went to the website I was unable to access anything in order to cancel this from being charged on my account. Please help!

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I wanted to inform you of a illegitimate company via Tic Toc.VNYL.ORG ************ HTTPSVNYL.ORG CA My daughter, *************************** (email - ******************** ordered 1 EA Vinyl Record and received that one for $22.00. Plus $4.99 for shipping = $26.99. She did not ever receive for the other months but kept getting charged.When she tried to email and call no answer back.They continually charged her $22.00 a month for 12 months with an additional charge of $4.99 = ****** They said it was a random record to receive monthly. She received just the first month ($26.99). $****** - $26.99 = $242.00 they now owe her.We cancelled that debit card and got a new one for her.

    June 24, 2020 for the amount of ***** (***** for vinyl/ 5.00 for shipping)They never shipped my order.Ive emailed them several times to sort this out, theyve responded once and still didnt ship or issue a refund.
