I recently subscribed to Factor, a meal prep company, and was eager to try their service. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by repeated issues with their delivery partner, Go Jitsu.Go Jitsus 12-hour delivery window is already inconvenient, but their performance has been far worse than expected. During the first week, their tracking system was inconsistent, frequently adjusting the delivery time and ultimately completing the delivery at the very last hour. To make matters worse, the driver carelessly threw the package on the steps and left without any consideration.The second week was even more disappointing. Although tracking updates were provided, the delivery never occurred. This lapse in service is unacceptable, especially for a company like Factor that relies on timely and reliable deliveries.While Factors meals may be of high quality, the choice of Go Jitsu as their delivery partner undermines the overall experience. The unreliable service, poor package handling, and missed deliveries have left me dissatisfied. Once Ive used my remaining credits with Factor, I intend to cancel my subscription unless significant improvements are made to the delivery process.I hope Factor reconsiders its partnership with Go Jitsu to better serve its customers and uphold the convenience they advertise.Jitsu

Deliveries by Jitsu always late or not received at all. My Home Chef deliveries I have reported my deliveries for several weeks of which last week was the first and only time I received it as contracted/on time. I was tracking the order this past week which was Monday February 17th, 2025 it was to be delivered and it showed the delivery vehicle in my town. The delivery car stopped for the entire night in a condo complex about 5-10 minutes from my house. I received the text at 12:03 AM that my delivery would be delayed (once again) which is four hours after the delivery window. Next morning I am once again tracking this morning and it shows delivery vehicle is now several towns away still did not deliver my package prior to going to other towns. Later tracking shows the vehicle once again in my town 5-10 minutes from my house, expecting my deliver although late but once again they text me at 12:03 AM on 2/19/25 and tell me my deliver failed. It failed??? Where is my package, what happened to my package?? No explanation no email just failed so did someone steal my package??? Many questions but if they are stealing packages I need to know so I may file a police report.Jitsu

1 starI wish I could give them zero stars. They reported that they “damaged” my box accidentally during transit. The real issue is they didn’t create a shipping label because I’ve complained several times about them not delivering my ********** box to the correct door.
The instructions are simple. Many people follow them and I tip them well for doing so. However…the drivers with this company seem to be ***********, ********** and/or they don’t care for their customers. As reputable as ********** is…they should really be ashamed of themselves for using an inferior delivery service like *******.Review fromAdelheid D

This business is unreliable, as most complaints are showing. I have asked them multiple times concerning Factor orders that are not arriving by 8 pm as advertised. When I submit a complaint or inquiry to their customer service email, I get the same message over and over: "the Eta for your package is 8 am -8pm" it's the only answer I have gotten multiple times for parcels that are late after 8 pm. There is no customer service team, and if there is, their business is not solving customer complaints.Jitsu

Jitsu is very unprofessional. If yall dont get your packages and its in limbo just know they close their warehouse while drivers are still out likely to save on cost. So drivers are instructed to take your packages home til it opens next. Ive not heard of a driver saying nah im not even returning it but i wouldnt be surprised cause they dont offer no additional pay to them for this additional service.Jitsu

Jitsu is now handling the delivery of my Hello Fresh orders. My first delivery was left at a side door in the blazing sun on a 98 degree day instead of the covered porch front door and no notification was ever received. My second order was never delivered and eventually showed as delayed. The next day no delivery and after dealing with their useless AI chat bot I was informed the box was lost. If they continue to be the delivery service I will be searching for a new meal delivery company that uses a competent delivery service.Jitsu

This is my third week receiving factor meals. Jitsu has screwed up 2 of those deliveries. One customer service agent was kind and helpful the others lied to me, and one hung up because she said I was yelling (I wasnt) before that she basically said it wasnt her issueeven though I was calling their customer service number.My package arrived yesterday morning at Jitsu, its been sitting there since. They said they havent assigned a driver yet. Now ** told it will be delivered tomorrow. The food has a 48 window before it has to be thrown awayso we shall see. I now have to make plans to be home so the food doesnt sit out in the heat. I have to change my schedule because of their lack of professionalism. If I could give a lower rating I would.Jitsu

My blue apron deliveries (now delivered through Jitsu) frequently have cracked eggs with raw egg soaking into the other ingredients. Blue Apron gives a full refund each time but the hassle having to deal with this is so frustrating. This has been a recent issue since they moved from ***** to Jitsu.Jitsu
