    AxleHire handles delivery service for Home Chef which is a food service provider that sends me meals every week of uncooked food. My experience with AxleHire has been TERRIBLE. They have delivered my food to the wrong address several times to addresses that were COMPLETELY different than mine. Unfortunately Home Chef is unable to reship my order because they have limited stock on the orders they send customers during the week. Their menus changes every week. They do credit you when this happens which is great but the downside is I lose out on my meals that week. Today, I went outside to pick up my food and saw that they had left someone else's food at my door. It's insane to me that Home Chef still works with them and I've called to complain each time. It's such a huge inconvenience when food is involved. I wish Home Chef would hire another delivery provider so I do blame them for not caring enough to do so but AxleHire should be ashamed of themselves for not penalizing their drivers especially these days when everyone has access to GPS.

    Their delivery person delivered my package to a locker system I do not use and have no way to access. My package is in a ************* locker and I do not use this service. I do not know whose contact information the delivery person used to put my package in the locker, but I would have rather they just left it out for me to pick up when I got home from work. They were initially responsive when I first reached out, but after their first response, its been crickets.

    Had a Marley Spoon box valued at $124 delivered to the wrong address, the wrong house number and wrong street. ******* tried to call driver, no answer. I had to track down package myself, not at the house the phone rep said it was at. The homeowner stole the package. Police were called, couldn't do anything as the homeowner denied having my package. Axlehire refuses to be held accountable, they just direct you to contact the vendor and you are left ***.

    This company is a scam!!!! I was expecting a package and I received an email stating it was delivered so I check out front, and nothing was there. I call customer service and she was useless!!! She said the driver may have dropped it off at the wrong location and she couldnt contact him because he finished his route. This company has terrible reviews everywhere by everyone!! Everyone has had the same issues with lost, missing, and stolen packages. Its unacceptable they hire random people who do not care where they deliver packages to. They need to be held accountable. If you shop from somewhere and they use this cheap carrier, just cancel your order. It will be lost or stolen.

    This company is a complete scam. I was expecting a package and when I got the notification it was delivered, I checked out front and nothing was there. I called customer service and they were useless. She said the driver may have dropped it off at the wrong location and she wasnt able to contact the driver bc they finished their route and I had to call the vendor. I checked the reviews and oh my gosh. All of them are the same 1 star reviews. Everyone has had the same issue with packages getting lost, missing, even stolen. This company hires random ppl to deliver packages and then you cant even track the driver to retrieve your package. If u order from a website using this company, just cancel it. You will never receive it.

    Awful company. They stole my dog foodDOG FOODTWICE. It is absolutely beyond me that any company would hire these awful people. If you see axelhire on your subscription delivery immediately call your subscription company and tell them to stop delivery. You will never be able to get ahold of axel. This company should be shut down,

The first box was delivered to the outside of the building, the second the driver noted handed to you (clearly, they didn't) and the 3rd box I do show was delivered to a front door with #****. Can you tell me if you got the box that was delivered on 11/11? Also, is there an access code needed for future deliveries? I have escalated this complaint to our customer service manager for the lack of communication from us and to driver services for the boxes that you didn't receive.     My dog food company hired Axelhire to deliver and they driver stole my package. They marked it deliver on 11/8 at 1:51pm, I was home to catch the package because its perishable and the package was not there. Finally got a "proof of delivery photo" and it was only a photo of the shipping label and no background almost like it was still on the vehicle. After reading the countless reviews about this awful company it does not surprise me that this happened. Thanks for stealing my pet's food.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE. AxelHires communication and tracking is completely unhelpful. The delivery person came to my apartment complex and entered the wrong unit number and was unable to deliver the product. Of course mistakes like this happen but then I received all these text links to update my delivery information. I was told they would re-deliver. Great. They didnt redeliver. There was no way to track my item. They never came. I finally called the company I purchase from and discovered the item has been shipped back to them. There was no way to call them and emailing them resulted in a reply. Email that told me I would hear something in the next 72 hours. I never heard back. Nightmare!

    Horrible delivery service. I was new to factor and was told my first box was to come 10/3.. got a text saying box undeliverable due to incorrect gate code, reviewed information through the app, through factor, and AxleHire and everything was correctly inputted, was lied to and told they would have the driver come back by 8pm.. never was delivered and now box says returned to sender. Will be cancelling service and never using anything that has this delivery service.
