My experience with axlehire is linked to food delivery services. They have failed to deliver our packages correctly multiple times. Sometimes they are delivered to a completely different apartment complex, sometimes they are marked as delivered to no apartment at all, just in the middle of the complex, and sometimes they are not delivered at all. When you contact their customer service, they are of no help at all and just tell you to contact the company you ordered from. The customer service also stopped responding to me and did not provide any helpful response. Horrible service.Jitsu

Worthless. They didn't deliver my package and they claimed they couldn't find the building. I live in a well marked house on a well marked street. Their own webpage had a map that showed the location of my house. Apparently the driver doesn't look at their web page nor does he/she have ****** maps. They said they would attempt again the next day. You guessed it, they did not re-attempt delivery. Are they getting paid for this?Jitsu

Terrible service. Driver delivered to a completely incorrect address and AxleHire refused to take accountability for it. You can't just deliver to any old address you think is correct without checking and call a package delivered. I actually went on a wild *********** to find the package and it could not be found. Their only response to my feedback - contact the company I ordered from? I know it might be **************** policy (albeit a terrible one) but the only fault of the company I ordered from is partnering with AxleHire for deliveries. I'd run far away from any business that uses AxleHire which is sad because it's AxleHire's actual responsibility to deliver packages. If you can't do a job correctly, just don't. I provided constructive feedback on how they can ensure deliveries get to their person but I doubt they'll actually consider it give their complete lack of culpability in this scenario. You had one job and you failed. Take ownership of your failure.If my package is ever found, it'll be useless. It's a time-sensitive food order and will likely be spoiled even if found. While I'm not usually the type to wish harm, I'd jump for joy if they went out of business.Jitsu

This is the second time having a delivery from axlehire and the second time it was delivered to the wrong place. When you use people that dont know how buildings work, what mail rooms are, what service doors are, etc and provide zero training or information, yeah you s**** over every customer. If I could black list every retailer that uses this company and never have anything shipped through them again, I would 100% do that. I do not like throwing my money away, and with axlehire, thats exactly what youre doing as a consumer. Not to mention they ask you to tip the delivery driver after its wrong. Awful.Jitsu

As I was arriving home from the doctor, I noticed the delivery driver with my HelloFresh box. The delivery driver looked lost so I pointed her to my apt since I was going there as well. She stopped at the bottom of the stairs and said what in the hell? So I looked and noticed my babys stroller was blocking her path. I quickly moved it for her. Instead of taking the box upstairs, she put the box down and then proceeded to pick up my 3 year olds scooter next to our stairs and throw it across the way into some bushes. Then she picked up my box, walked up my stairs and dropped the box at my door muttering angrily the entire time. My 3 year old saw what she had done and began crying. This is such unacceptable behavior.Jitsu

Missed the delivery attempt by a couple of minutes, so the driver supposedly returned it to the warehouse. Got a "Returned" status on their tracking, saying that they would attempt a re-delivery "tomorrow" -- 3 days later, still nothing. Reached out to ***************** all she said was that the driver's notes were "Delivery failed, will re-deliver tomorrow". And when I pointed out that it's already been a couple of days, she said to just contact the seller and request a refund. I asked if that meant my package is missing, and all I got was a "Yes, sorry for the inconvenience" and that was it.Jitsu

I can't believe that the driver left my package outside on a street corner in Downtown ***********, placed right underneath the callbox for the apartment building, but didn't bother to USE the callbox to get buzzed in by either me or the leasing office!! AND, the box is clearly labeled as ready-to-eat, chef-prepared FOOD!! SHOCKING and SO offensive!!!Jitsu

I have a subscription service food box delivered to my parents' house weekly in a gated community and instead of the driver looking for the name on the digital kiosk, which has the exact name on the delivery box, to contact him and buzz the driver in, the driver decided to leave the food box outside the community gate 1/4 mile away from his front door. Luckily a good resident samaritan saw the box outside the community gate and brought it to him personally which the driver should have done all along. Very disappointed in the AxleHire driver for not taking the time to look up the name to get buzzed it. Do drivers get trained for deliveries in gated communities?Jitsu

Literally every single package i've ever tried to have delivered by Axlehire has been lost. From HelloFresh to StitchFix. I left Hellofresh because my packages never showed up and I never received any sort of assistance for making it right. I will be threatening to leave Stitchfix if they continue to use Axlehire and will be filing as many complaints as possible. I hope you all get a lawsuit and go bankrupt because you ****.Jitsu
