    My order was delivered... except it was delivered to the front entrance of my building. The main door was open based on the picture they provided so they could have easily entered without having to use the access code. Not sure if this was pure laziness or their car was double parked. Whatever the reason, ring my bell next time. The driver basically gave my delivery away at that point because by the time I received a notification 45 minutes afterwards, someone else had already taken it. I wished the company I had ordered from would stick to the big service delivery providers. That package was well over $100 worth of fresh dog food.Either hire someone who will do the job, pay your employees better or just close down the business because it clearly isn't working.

    This is the WORST company to use for deliveries. We have had our packages show up at random times (while customers are sleeping). This company is NEVER consistant. We just recently had a pacakage delivered to the wrong address and they refused to correct the issue. They tell the customer to contact the company they ordered the product from to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE CUSTOMERS. The "supervisors" are a complete joke and not trained to deal with issues. They supervisors will tell you there is nothing they can do to fix their drivers mistakes.

    They are by the far the worst delivery service ever. I had a package notification that it delivered to my address only to be delivered at the mailbox by the leasing office. Then the delivery person proceeded to take a picture of it being delivered by the mailbox. I couldnt get it because this happened while I was at work. You would think when the package was delivered at my doorstep. That wasnt the case. All the customer service representative told me is that they will talk to the driver coordinator about the issue. For me that is not good enough.

    They repeatedly told me a package was canceled for delivery and then delivered a package of food to an unoccupied home. Food is now rotting on the front porch and they will not do anything about it. Absolutely *************** that should not be in business.

    It takes one Awe S*** to wipe out any previous at-a-boys. And this week's delivery has done it. Get you s*** together and act like a real, responsible, functioning company or fold.

    I will actively avoid business with any company that uses Axlehire. In the last few years of living in multiple locations in my city, Axlehire has ignored my apartments delivery instructions, avoided front desk and concierge staff for delivery notification, delivered to wrong buildings on a completely different block, and left out packages on the street and random hallways to get stolen. If I see Axlehire, I just assume I wont get my package. They have less than a 50% success rate with me. I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of packages because of this company with zero accountability.

    The worst delivery service Ive ever had the displeasure of being forced to use.They are supposed to deliver a refrigerated parcel to this address every week. This succeeds less than half the time. Their website advertises flexible delivery windows; Im given a 12 hour window with no option to change it.I am taking my business to a different company, making sure they do not use Axlehire as their delivery service.Note this is in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area not **********. Sounds like their reputation is consistent in both locations.

    Delivery driver apparently left my package at the wrong location and claimed "they took it inside" then tried to give me another package (not mine nor was it addressed to me). Very hard to communicate with the driver as they didn't understand English and we had to use the phone to translate. I refused the delivery of the package that was not addressed to me, but as of now I do not have my food delivery for the week due to this. Don't recomend them, nor do I recommend doing business with anyone using them if this is commonplace (not the language barrier, but the entire trying to leave the wrong package just to "deliver" a package).

    EXTREMELY unreliable to the point of being a liability for any shipper or entity unlucky enough to have AxleHire chosen to deliver any item.I am 0 for 2 this week with incorrect deliveries from AxleHire. I have has many incorrect deliveries from this company in the past.I can not control who is selected to deliver my items, so I'm at the mercy of randomly suffering AxleHire being selected and then not receiving my delivery.I have cancelled one food ordering service already and will probably need to cancel a second.We can not give a 0 star rating, so I am forced to give 1 star, but it's really 0. Their current BBB rating is "F" and that's generous.This is the first review I have ever left at BBB -- this is how strongly I feel that this company should not continue to be in business.
