  I paid seaside consulting firm over 5000 dollars to get is put of a timeshare since 2020. They put us with companies that's supposed to help is out of our timeshare. Promised us they will definitely get us out. All companies seaside recommend has not done anything to help and seaside has stop answering and returning calls. I'm now stuck with wyndham reporting on my credit every month. I can't get an apartment. A car nothing. These guys were the start of my life being ruined

  While we empathize with the difficulties you're facing, it's important to address the challenges clearly. I want to begin by noting that despite multiple attempts over the past few days, I have been unable to reach you or your husband via phone, text, or voicemail, despite leaving urgent messages. This lack of communication has been a recurring issue throughout your relationship with Seaside Consultant Group. Our association began in December 2020, but it wasn't until March 2022 that the signed 'power of attorney' document was received by the attorney, which of course delayed your attorneys ability to complete necessary actions.The Service Agreement you signed allows us to terminate your case if required documents aren't provided within 30 days. Despite a 15-MONTH delay in response, we did not close your file and continued outreach efforts. Our attorneys have documented numerous attempts to contact you, including a client portal which you and your husband were both given access to in early 2021. This portal is for your convenience in tracking case progress. Our records reflect over *********************************************************************************************************** unanswered texts and emails.Effective communication is essential in our process, and your cooperation is vital. We remain committed to advancing your case with the understanding that our ability to assist is contingent upon consistent communication from your end. All parties involved are actively engaged and stand ready to proceed once a commitment to communication is established.Another component of our service is the credit protection and repair. We verified that the company handling these items for your case has not heard form you since 2021 and their records also show that they have made numerous attempts to contact you via email and phone.

  So far this journey to exit timeshare has gone well .. ******** first walked me and was great thru then **** he was very good at explaining everything we feel we are in safe hands to legally exit Bluegreen timeshare . ****** B

  Seaside Consultants Group did what they said they would do. They stopped all of the communication I was getting from my Timeshare, including phone calls, email, and US postal service mail. They were easily accessible, always kind and helpful, and very thorough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get beyond a Timeshare Agreement.

  I have been in time share since I was a teen. At the time it suited my needs. When I got married, had four children, and a dog I outgrew the timeshare. It didn't fit my needs. Dogs weren't allowed, and it became a hassle. Not to mention the ever-growing yearly fees. I tried to get out but was met with so much resistance. I started looking up companies to assist me and found Seaside. Right from the start the representative *********************** answered all my questions and was sincere. I never felt like she was just trying to take my money or get me to sign. My company was undergoing renovations and was allowing for customers to exit. I was skeptical but kept in touch with ***** who guided me the entire way. ***** was always prompt in her replies which was awesome. Sometimes you email a company, and it takes forever to hear from them. She even offered to have the legal team at Seaside look at the contract to verify it was legit. I ended up not having to use Seaside, but during my exit process from my timeshare. I found ***** and Seaside invaluable in their guidance, and expertise. If I had to use a company to get out of my contract it 100% would have been Seaside. Thank You ***** for all your help I will be forever grateful. *****

  I wanna help others and let them know do not waste your time and money with Seaside Consultants Group. They scammed my husband and I of $20,000. ************** Group scammed us of $750 (that's the lawyer service they use). We started this process 2019 and of this day 01-02-23, nothing has been done to cancel the timeshare. If I can help someone, then my living will not be in vain

  While we understand that you have become somewhat frustrated, we are still committed to the ultimate goal of terminating your timeshare contract. We feel that there is some clarification needed in order to put things into a proper context. While it is true that our conversations did begin with you in 2019, the actual work did not start on your case until 2021. The reason for this delay is because at the time you and your husband became clients, you had a responsibility to send a retainer payment to the attorney. This was clearly spelled out in the service agreement which both of you signed after having at least one week to review. When the attorney was not paid, we simply put your case on hold. We understand that for various reasons some consumers may not be able pay the retainer as promised; so, we place their case on hold. This is in spite of the fact that we stipulate in our Service Agreement that if a client fails to make their payments for more than 30 days, we can close their file for breach of contract. Not only did we not close your file, we kept it open for 2 full years! This is not the action of a company that is trying to scam someone.Ultimately, when you were ready to complete the attorney payment, we convinced another attorney to take on your case since the original attorney was no longer willing to work with a client that had shown an inability to be attentive for whatever reason. Again, these are not the actions of a company that is attempting to scam someone. The new attorney we acquired for you has sent two letters to the developer and is continuing to work on your case. We have verified that copies of these letters were emailed to you, so to say that the attorneys have done nothing is simply not true. Our records also show that there have been over twenty instances that our client services team has reached out to you and/or your husband via either email or phone. This is in addition to the attempts made by the attorneys office. While we all wish that your matters were over and that you were out of your timeshare, these cases do take time. Since you have also insisted at times on using snail mail instead of email, it increases the amount of time between responses. Nevertheless, we are committed to seeing your case through until the end. Your attorneys have expressed the same sentiment. To call us scammers because your case is not over, is simply nowhere near an accurate representation of the situation. Throughout their entire case we have acted with extreme integrity. We have bent over backwards to work with you and will continue to do so.
