I have been working with this company for almost 4 years. The only thing they do is send a letter to the timeshare every few months, which I could do by myself without paying thousands of dollars. I don't know how they got anyone else out of a Timeshare, but they certainly aren't trying to help me at all.

While we can understand your frustration, we strongly disagree with your statement that we are not trying to help you at all. You became a client in early 2020 at the point where COVID-19 was just beginning to sweep the nation. The pandemics effect on most industries definitely caused delays that were out of the ordinary and were certainly outside of our control. We however, continued to service your case and facilitated case updates on a regular basis. While your case is not yet resolved, there have certainly been consistent updates. The nature of the process is there are times when there is simply nothing new to report so the update is that the process is taking place, but there is nothing new at that time. We have contacted the attorney assigned to your case and arranged for a personal conversation with you. It is still important to understand that this is an adversarial relationship with your timeshare developer and sometimes it takes multiple requests to the developer in order to get a response. We remain committed to seeing your case through until the very end.Review fromBryan

Excellent service. I was understandably skeptical at first and impatient re length of time it was taking. Today after a year, my contract with the developer has finally been dissolved, all while protecting my credit with the help of their attorneys.
