if your a combat vet please do not use this company, as a combat veteran i am very sad at how i was treated and neglected. they have there own agenda and helping veterans is last on there list. please use someone else and do your research.REE Medical LLC

Takes your money and does nothing to advise or help veterans. Not interested in putting their efforts to help you just wanting more clients. Paid $500 for an expedited review. Not complete yet and it has been since Feb 4th. Run dont walk from this company.REE Medical LLC

A total waste of time and money. Went thru the entire process and went to a provider that *** sent me to. They submitted the **** that I was instructed to upload to the VA. All done, then I get an email from the VA that they set me back to Step 3. (Was in 5). I was told that the **** that were submitted were not completed by a VA approved provider. I then was sent a letter asking me to file fraud charges, I did not because my co-workers used REE. I then was set up with Leidos QTC (one of the three contracted providers for the **. I saw them and they submitted the **** to the VA. I was approved for an increase. I then contacted *** and asked for a refund or at least a partial refund. My case worker was ***** and I have yet to hear from her. No -- I highly recommend you save your money. I feel scammed now. If they would have at least contacted me after my email then I would feel differently. Beware!REE Medical LLC

currently attempting to put in a complaint to the better business bureau, I have been mis-led and flat out lied to by the staff and the company in general. I am an unemployed combat veteran that has been struggling with my claim. I reached out to Vet link before they re-branded to REE-Medical for help. once they re-branded, it was like they completely forgot about me,my claim,etc. every time I manage to get a person on the phone I get told that they can't help me, it's not there department, they don't know how to get in touch with that department. I've heard this line so much I'm honestly thinking it's something they instruct there employees to say anytime there's a situation dealing with a disgruntled veteran. at this point I'm simply trying to get a letter of release, so I can attempt to get my claim up with the local VSO here in ****************. I have been told they need more paperwork from me and at this point, this makes zero sense, considering I'm not wanting to pursue my claim with REE-MEDICAL. I was told that I would at least receive a text message or an email with an update with my situation on 7/8/25. they day has ended currently (7/9/25) I haven't received a phone call a text, email nothing. it's just really dis-heartening knowing that this company treats our combat-veterans this way. I've heard I'm not the only one with complaints about this company (REE-MEDICAL). I just hope enough of us have voiced our experiences, so that future combat veterans aren't mistreated and lied to the way a lot of us have experienced. companies like this should not be aloud to profit in any way if this is how they are going to treat the people they are claiming to help.REE Medical LLC

I saw an advertisement from REE Medical ion ****** which showed they could help increase my VA benefits. I was at 50% then and they thought they could assist with getting it up to 70%. If that was successful, it would give me an additional $800 or so in my benefits, so I decided to give them a try. I provided all the information they asked and ***** ***** was assigned to assist me. I received an appointment with their Doctor and went over everything. After everything was done I paid an additional fee to expedite the paperwork.After a few weeks I received all the documentation to file with the VA with instructions on how to do it. I filed everything and sat back to wait for additional appointments with the VA etc. The other day I received the decision package from the VA. I did not get the 70% we were looking for but everything was approved which put me at 90%. That has increased my monthly payment considerably more that what they estimated. I cannot thank ***** and team for what they did. I have been fighting the ** since 1996 and finally got something done. Great job folks.REE Medical LLC

Superior experience with great customer service. My support agent was very helpful and made it easy to contact him with questions through email, text, or calls, whatever was easiest for me at the time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process and answered all of my questions along the way. He kept the process simple and easy. From start to finish the **** Medical process was only about two and a half months and I went from 70% VA rating to 100%. Way quicker than I ever imagined. Absolute waste of time and money. There **** never stay in contact. If you have questions, email them so they never get back to you. That was great. I didnt get bumped up, and thats ok, I knew it was a shot in the dark. The customer service they provide is awful. My *** quit her job and was never reassigned a new one until I reached out. And at that point, REE was more worried about my final payment vice helping me. Didnt mind the upfront pay. But what did I pay for? A drs appointment that was a 3.5 hour drive from my house each way. I live in ******, not *******. **************** that sucked? I did get that. Dont use them, or any of them, just research and do yourself.REE Medical LLC
