I was contacted by REE Medical and assured they could secure a separate insomnia rating for my VA claim. They made it sound routine something they could easily achieve. Based on these promises, I paid $3,600, expecting a thorough evaluation and supportive DBQ.What I received was a 10-minute exam where the provider asked few questions, did no real evaluation, and submitted a *** that was nearly blank except for one line stating that they couldnt differentiate insomnia from TBI symptoms. This directly contradicted **** assurance that they could easily establish a separate rating.When I expressed my frustration to REE, their response was dismissive, claiming that the provider couldnt differentiate the conditions despite them selling me on the idea that it would be easy. They even suggested I pay for another exam if I wanted a better evaluation essentially trying to upsell me on their own failure.I paid $3,600 for a 10-minute appointment, a nearly empty DBQ, and customer service that told me to pay more if I wanted a real evaluation. Veterans, beware REE Medical overpromises and underdelivers, taking your money while doing the bare minimum.REE Medical LLC

** ******* under promised and over delivered by a large margin! He and the rest of his team helped me go from 60% to 90%. I was expecting around 70%. His services paid for themselves with just a fraction of the back pay I received. Ive had issues in the past with the VA because the process isnt meant to be understandable. Having someone there to answer all my questions was well worth it. The doctor at Ree medical he sent me to actually took her time and cared about my issues. Start to finish, the process was way easier than doing it on my own. 110% recommend.REE Medical LLC

REE Medical helped get me the compensation for service connected disabilities that the VA would not cover. I started the process in February and was just given my final rating mid April. Very satisfied with the process, and highly recommend using REE. The cost was well worth it.REE Medical LLC

REE Medical really exemplifies excellence. ***** ***** was my Client Experience Navigator and was extremely professional and persistent. To my knowledge, Vetlink was bought by REE Medical and somewhere in the carnage my file got lost. I was extremely frustrated, but ***** pursued me and was relentless at serving me.
