  BIG BIG THANKS to REE Medical LLC and his team! They helped me navigate to mounds of paperwork and bureaucratic processes. The team was professional and courteous. I started my journey in Jan 2023 to file for an increase. Yesterday I finally got word from the VA my 60% disability rating went to 100%...well worth the wait! The team team help me get medical paperwork filed quickly, the delay was with the VA. I am one happy retired CMSgt, I highly recommend REE Medical LLC. 5-Stars, great to have folks that truly care about the vets.

  I hired REE Medical on a referral from a contractor I work with. He was trying to get his current 80% rating bumped to 100%. When I decided to go with REE, it was right around the labor day holiday of 2022 and they were running a 10% discount which I gladly took. I filed my VA "intent to file" document on 30 September 2022. ****** at REE Medical sent me the forms to fill out and given my procrastination, I didn't fill them out and turn them into REE until early June 2023. ****** said I'd have to pay a fee to put priority on my case since "it wouldn't be fair to cut others in line". It made sense since it was my fault for waiting so I paid the extra fee.It wasn't long until I had an appointment with the local doctor arranged and paid for by REE Medical. Shortly after I received all the forms to submit to the VA which I did on 10 August 2023. I followed up with a phone call to the VA to ensure everything was received and in order....which it was. When I went to pay my bills on 02 November 2023 I logged into USAA credit union and found a deposit of over $19K of which I had no idea what it was for from the US Treasury. I logged into my VA account and low and behold my rating was increased from 80% to 100%. The $19K was backpay. My VA forms were processed in under 90 days. Now that was my experience, your mileage may vary. Good luck if you decide to use REE Medical but for me it was worth every *****.

  I went to REE Medical because after speaking with a representative, I was told I had a very good chance to increase my PTSD disability. I followed everything they requested of me to the letter. Including NOT attending my ***** exam. Instead I was instructed through a law firm they recommended to ignore the calls and emails to attend their exam and to simply fax the VA a professional letter they had devised.Long story short my increase was denied and one of the reasons was because I did not attend my ***** ***** I contacted REE Medical and they told me there was nothing they could do at this point and again recommended a Law Firm they are associated with appeal my outcome. After spending &**** at REE Medical, if I want to fight the VA decision, I now have to fork out a lot more money which I may do because I deserve my disability. However, I did not think I was going to have to go through all of this to get it.

  Great customer service and friendly approach to getting the veterans what they have sacrificed for! The VA lowballed me from the beginning after a recommendation and curiosity, I reached out to REE Medical. They carefully explained the process, walked me through every step, and in the end 100% P&T!   My boyfriend just found out yesterday (Veterans Day) that his new rating has been changed to 100% P&T. This is all thanks to REE Medical. They were amazing to work with and it only took a few months to gather all of the information, submit the paperwork and obtain the new ruling etc. If you are looking for assistance with your disability claim I highly recommend this group.   I was referred to this company from an old military friend and I trusted him so I went with REE Medical to help me get an increase on my claim which was initially 60 percent. They helped me get to 90 percent within about 4-5 months or so by filing for an increase. I was also overseas as well so I was glad I was able to get help while not in the States. Overall, great company in my opinion and they are honest which I appreciate and highly value. I am very grateful to them for helping me out and I recommend them to anyone seeking help with their VA claims or even help with the process in navigating the VA website.
