  had specialty builders come out to give me a price on my backyard project i was very happy with the results .
  pavers was done for the seating area and turf for the side and backyard.

  I had a great experience with specialty builder. Thank you so much for Ben for helping me design, our front and backyard. I really like the outcome and I got a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors.

  I had a great experience dealing with this construction company. They were on time and very efficient with the experience they provided. The skills showed in my home! Love the new management team running the show.

  If I can I would leave no stars, this company does not deserve any stars.
  The salesman I spoken with is Sean and his assistant Tom.
  I wanted to get a shower installed. I told them nothing fancy just a very normal standard shower. First Sean quoted me $7k so we continued the conversation. Then the $7k went up to $26k. I told them I cannot do this price so they lowered it down to $11,233 and that was the settled deal. I paid them the $100 they said I needed to to secure the job. A week went by I waited, no work, no communication. I asked them what is going on, they blamed me for being sick. I asked what does this have to do with anything and they can at least answer to my text or calls instead of ignoring me.
  Another week went by, still no work. I reached out and Sean told me the $11,233 was not enough and told me it will be at least $28k.
  The price went from $7k to $26k to $11k, and NOW at least $28k. I was upset and disappointed at how the situation is being handled. Sean quickly offer to give me back my $100 since no job was done. I have been waiting on this since 11/22/2022. Nothing has been rec. Sean continues to lie about the check being sent out.

  Leaving a 1 star review due to the lack of communication and pure unprofessionalism from this company. I have several screenshots displaying complete silence from this company. After several texts messages and complaints about needing the below:
  * Paint removal off the cement and stucco (its been a few months )
  * gate rubs when it opens and closes after the pavers got put in
  * stucco is missing
  * have not received my packet for the tax refund promised for having the pavers put in.
  I finally was informed by receptionist, Melissa, that I would receive a call the next day on September 12th, with status updates. I did not receive any updates as of yet and it is September 16th. I have sent numerous emails, texts, and phone calls and have YET to receive an update with all my items mentioned above. Completely unacceptable and hope this review can help others avoid using these services. I also hope someone from this company can finally reach out to me to solve these issues before taking this any further than it needs to.

  Specialty Builders is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! OMG please please STAY AWAY from them. Ben, the owner's son, is a great salesperson/politician in a sense that he promised the world and didn't deliver on any of it. We officially started our project January 25th is the first day the contractors came out to do our backyard and was told from the time they started until completion would be no more than 5 week. They JUST finished the end of the first week in July after many many obstacles. I specifically stated to NOT start unless you are able to come almost every day and complete in time allowed and yet I was lied to, similar to many others writing reviews.
  Ben also was supposed to show up for a follow up appt in March and after being 3 hours late is when Mike, Ben's superior, got involved. Ben ended up driving to the hospital as he was sick with covid. ben was on his way to my house SICK and thought that was OK!
  The contract states payment isn't due until completion and yet I was threatened multiple times by Ben's superior, Mike. They then hired this guy, Avi, who was supposedly going by to check on the status of the project. He decided to walk into my backyard without even knocking on my front door almost causing some major chaos including calling the police. He then proceeded to come by on a evening Mike knew I wouldn't be home to have Avi go by and yell at my wife asking for money, even though Ben told us they wouldn't be asking for the money. She called me crying saying she didn't feel safe in our OWN home, I called Mike who basically called us liars and almost had to call the police AGAIN. I was then told I was "picky" for wanting the workers to come back and fix the items they didn't do correct in the first place. I ended up telling them they are done even though a few things weren't done.
  I spent close to a total of 45-50 hours of MY TIME while I am working 10 hours a day from home dealing with Ben and Mike, along with tryin
