* ***** did not handle things in good faith. He added a 35% restocking fee after a document was filled out and signed.* I discussed in great detail what I wanted from the project. I wanted a walk way from the corner of my back patio to the sidewalk near the street. I specifically stated I wanted to be able to have my trash cans behind my gate and be able to walk the trash cans directly to the street without having to push them through the dirt. When he arrived on 9/11/2024, I asked him why the men only placed gravel from the corner of my concrete patio to the corner of my house, he stated that's as far as it was going to go and not to the sidewalk.*I asked ***** about the color of the pavers. I stated that's not the color that was shown in the picture with multi colors. They looked all gray. Which he had tried to push the gray colored ones on me because he said he had extra, but that's not the color I wanted.* When looking at flooring, he could not find anything even close to my current flooring. He stated that it would not be apples to apples, but the color wasn't even close. I made it known I was not satisfied but he told a man on the phone that it was a go and to go ahead and order.* ***** stated he needed to pull up some of the rug to see what was underneath. He had one of the guys that he came with pull up 6 stairs of rug and left it rolled in a corner against the wall. He said they would start in the morning with flooring. I was unaware that there were very small nails sticking straight up so when I was walking upstairs barefoot to go to my room for something, I stepped on the small nails and got two puncture wounds from the nails. *Even after canceling my contract men from the company still arrived at my home to work on the project. I went outside to let them know I had canceled the contract the day before. Another contractor stated the drains put in were fake and didn't lead to anywhere. The company continues harass me. We called for a consultation. Should have been a red flag when he started talking about "oh I thought you were pre-approved for the program". Then said the program deadline ended but let me see if I can get you in.They will try to be personal to begin with to win your trust and sign you up for a program that will be triple the amount after you pay it off in the terms. The communication is horrible between the managers and field. The whole process was a horrible experience which made me wish I never signed up for it They just show up whenever and not truly schedule the crew. Crew members were drinking on our property while working. seen on camera and a can was left behind on the side of home as a red flag. when I addressed it with ***** he told me ahh come on the guys work hard. Its different when they are leaving a job vs WHILE working. I saw one of the men peeing on the side of my house. in which when I got home my wall was wet in the area where the man went. Keeping in mind that my neighbor has small children and we are in a construction zone area that has 5-6 portable toilets. Pavers were supposed to be dropped on the road in the pavement but the delivery guy dropped in on the driveway. When they moved it the guy got his machine stuck in the corner of our yard and broke the landscape drip line. That night the excessive water flooded our neighbors driveway approach. They said they would fix it the next day but it was fixed a couple days later (in which we had to keep our water turned off so we didn't keep flooding the neighbor). After the work was completed and we did the final walk. I had to hear all about the explanations in which I do not care to hear excuses for the issues during this process. He tried pushing me into doing more work since I was approved for a lot more than the work they did. He was trying to max out my limits. They were supposed to come back to fix some areas but have not come back since the final paperwork or even reached outSpecialty Builders, Inc.

We requested a quote for back yard 12x 10 wood patio **************** backyard paver work &Kitchen cabinet re-finish A price was offered for everything They only attempted to do part of job The contract stated they would be removing re-installing refinishing They sent someone to start the job The Kitchen cabinets where painted!( the wrong color)These are terrible People in a Business sense. I would not recommend anyone to this establishment they prey on the elderly please be aware .Specialty Builders, Inc.

I had these guys come out and give me a free quote. We got discussing the price and we deicided against it. We were told theyd give us a second loan to pay off another that i already had at a lower interest rate. It would save us money on the loan we would pay off and that would help to pay for the work they were going to do. They did the work and its been 3 months and still no second loan. We agreed to this project only because the second loan would have saved us money and we would use that to pay for it. Have left messages with no responses, been told that id get a call back with no call back. I do not recommend this company. You are better off getting a loan and having an actual company do it for way cheaper.Specialty Builders, Inc.
