      I was so impressed with Life ************* Mak grom the *************** office.. He was so wonderful, and provided me with excellent service when I called to ask about signing up my brother. He went beyond my expectations & assured me how to expedite the delivery of the device to him while i was visiting from out of state. He was warm, friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the product, was an exceptional listener of my story about my brother, and was never pressured me in deciding to sign up. He is a huge asset to this company, and am so glad and relieved that we did indeed sign up with the assurance that ******* will be our Life Line advisor as long as my brother remains a customer. If there is ever a question or an issue, we have Dak Mak's # to call. We won't get a different person every time we call. What a relief that was to hear! Outstanding customer care from **** Dak!!!

      Just set up our Life Alert system. The agents were absolutely professional and friendly. The setup went smoothly. We hope we never have to use Life Alert but if we do we are sure that the appropriate help will respond. A most satisfying purchase.
