      They don't have a quick response. It took almost 7 minutes for them to respond to my mom who was having chest pains. When we called customer service they said we have that problem all the time. Then we tried to cancel they said we can't. This type of customer service is unacceptable. Their lack of compassion and empathy is heartless. This could have has a different outcome. This company ought to be shame of them selves. Elderly people don't deserve this kind of service.

      Not only is this review absolutely NOT TRUE, but we would also like to remind the complainant that it is illegal to intentionally and knowingly smear an entity with false accusations. 

      When your mother signaled us for help, even though you were behind payments on her lifesaving services, we continued to answer her call for help.  We answered within our allotted time, which was nowhere near the 7 minutes that you claim.

      Moreover, we were able to get emergency services to your mother in under 13 minutes.   All of our calls are recorded for quality assurance,we found that each agent was professional, and none of them ever said what you claimed they said -- as they all know that Life Alert has the fastest response time in the industry.

      Excellent and easy enrollment and setup procedures of the system.Cordial and well qualified associates. Very easy to understand conversations and explanations of enrollment. Exceptional accomodating and patience in making sure required information was complete and accurate. Overall 5 Star experience.

      Im new to daily safety and I have researched most of the availability of services. I found Life Alert to include everything I needed. Their services were easy to set up. Extremely helpful personnel were patient and kind. My husband recently passed and I live alone now. Life Alert has given me a greater sense of security at home and when out and about.
