      Excellent representative. The process of setting the life alert up in our home was painless. Everyone friendly. This life alert is for my mother. Im getting one for myself at some point. Its reliable and I feel much better my mom is in good hands.

      Im going to be safe in my home alone. Ill have a quick way of getting help if I need it. ******** was very thorough in helping me get my unit activated so Im completely at ease now. I have always been nervous in the shower but Im going to be more relaxed now that I have LifeAlert.
