      All companies could learn about exceptional **************** from ********************. I have honestly not had a more pleasant experience before. From the very first call I felt like the needs of my mom was their only priority. The follow up is amazing and the team today, including ****, were so caring and answered all my moms questions. Excellent experience!

      ***** in ******* was extremely patient Polite More than helpful Genuinely caring about me as Widower Not afraid of allowing me time to get all the testing done and set up. ***** deserves extra paid time off. Fabulous employee!!!!!!!!!!Several girls in the Encino, CA office all deserve raises!!!!! Their Parents can be very proud of how they raised their Daughters!!!! Had great blessings from them both.

      As far as activating equipment. I mentioned the main unit wasn't loud and I got no feedback. By the time I went through speaking in the different room setups, I thought I still had initial woman on the line for questions but I hear her hang up the phone as if she didn't want to have to answer questions. Although, my personal representative ********************* is great. Thanks

Thank you for letting us know.  We reviewed the calls and found where one of our dispatchers said that the testing of equipment was good, and she was disconnecting the call.  She welcomed you to Life Alert and wished you a nice day.  Perhaps, her farewell was not loud enough. We apologized for this.  Please remember to test your emergency button every month.
