      I found everybody helpful. I could hear very well. All the equipment seems to be working fine. ********* was very helpful on the phone to me.

      Very easy to install and get set up. ****** was also very helpful during this process. Our only concern is the speaker/mic quality. I had no problem hearing and understanding the person on the other end. However, my mother is hard of hearing and may not hear or understand what is being said. But we are still willing to give this system a try. Hopefully it works well for her.

      When I called into life alert on Saturday ******* was the agent I spoke to first of all she was very sympathetic of our situation. She did never went right into a sales pitch but showed care and compassion. She asked several questions about the family and how hard these situations are to deal with once she began to tell me all the wonderful things life alert did I was sold. She has been in constant contact with me and provided her direct contact number for when we need anything at all. I am so thankful that ******* answered the call in Saturday.
