      When I rented their system, they had a clause that I must keep it for three years. Unless I die, go to an assisted living service or in home 24-hour service. So I will have to pay $70.00 until Oct ****. I told them that I didn't sign this agreement without reading the fine print, I will pay $840.00. I think that you should put in your reviews that you make sure you are going to have the service for 3 years or plan on keeping and paying for it,

      Life Alert welcomes this opportunity to explain that our *********************** Agreement is our promise to not raise our subscribers price for 36 months. This is vital considering how our senior citizens are suffering due to the high costs of living.  When you called to order our lifesaving services, we explained in detail about our agreement,plus there were follow up calls confirming your order and the agreement. Moreover, the terms and cost are in large, bold, font at the beginning of our agreement so it makes it easy to see.  The good news is that having Life Alert can help a person live in their own home longer without having to go into an expensive facility.
