      So far so good. My mother has yet to begin using the services but I will feel better about her safety. *** and **** were very helpful and I look forward to receiving the equipment and for my mother to begin using it.

      Life Alert did an excellent job of explaining all of the new equipment. My mother had Life Alert for years and then got ill and has been at my home for over a year. We canceled the Life Alert due to her being here with me and I figured we would no longer need it. Yet, she fell down two days ago and I realize that we definitely needed to get Life Alert back. ****** was wonderful at explaining everything to me. The whole experience thats far has been 100% totally professional.
