  The company uses high pressured sales techniques to take advantage of the elderly. I was fortunate to not signed but their approach to sign long term contracts is awful. I stated my parents lived in an area with no cell service so the first rep said it would not work. Someone else called and stated the first was wrong and insisted on sending me a device and just had sign up within 3 days. I was hounded to get it going and sign a docusign over and over again after telling them their device said "LTE" on it would not work. She said ************ and we will get a you a device that will work. I stated that if I sign I am committing and I can't obviously commit as I can't verify you were right. I have since read reviews from employees as well as other customers and apparently this is the norm and sad how they prey on the elderly.

  Life Alert welcomes this opportunity to point out how truly superior our equipment is over other devices.  Life Alert is one of the very few medical alert services that own and operate our own technical service ***** that monitors our equipment.  Although other LTE service you used prior *** not have worked,Life Alert has a variety of cutting-edge technological equipment that has ways of over-riding those issues.  That *** be why you felt you received conflicting messages.  Moreover, we have almost ****** reviews on our site praising our lifesaving services and equipment.  Happy customers have also posted positive reviews that outnumber any negative reviews.  More importantly, we are the only medical alert company proven to save a life every 11 minutes.

  The gentleman who helped set up the account was very helpful. Accidentally set off alarm 3 times since acquiring devices. Need more recessed buttons. GPS. Kept ringing Life Alert first time but didnt get through and although it said calling 911 didnt. I did not have phone on me. Called as soon as I got back inside to my phone and canceled call. I returned my paperwork by mail but you keep asking for it by email. My computer has viruses and is not functioning properly.

  **** did an excellent job helping us activate our Life Alert system. He was very professional and helped with each step to make sure we had a strong signal and that the products worked as expected.
